No option to remove customers personal data collection. This just adds problems complying with Privacy Policy regulations. Unnecessary when you need just Heatmap & Session recording to observe customer behavior. No need to know customers' name, physical & IP address, phone and web fingerprint. False marketing. Free Sampler membership in the Pricing's options not available after installing the app. Pageviews limit reached right from the start. Hello friends at Music Power Tools, 1. There is a 'Free Starter Plan' link on the plans page. We've emailed you a screenshot of this. 2. Customer phone, email and address are never captured, and Propel Replays is not active during checkout. 3. The app works very well, it shows the most we want to see in the active session. We came from Lucky Orange and have to say that Propel is miles ahead in quality at much better pricing! Sure, the UI is not as fancy - but it makes up for it in every other facet. Half of our session recordings on Lucky Orange were basically useless due to the app not recording properly. Frustrated at what felt like a waste of money we luckily found Propel.
