Great App, I had an issue showing the chosen options with my food store ceviche76, and they fix it for me right away! Definitely recommended.

App does exactly what I needed it to do. Had a minor issue with set up but Artemis' support was quick!

Since I opened my store almost 2 years ago, I've been looking for an app that will help me create variants and options for my products without the need for coding and the hefty price tag. I should have found this app then, but at least I've chanced upon it now. I would have wanted additional field features. However, for a freebie, things cannot get any better than this. It is feature-packed, user-friendly, intuitive, and working as it should. For a non-coder like me, having the "chat" function with a real, live, and truly helpful person (like Artemis who never left me) makes things even better. I am yet to test all the functionalities and results, but - with what I know and experienced so far - I believe that this app truly deserves 5 out of 5 stars!

I love how easy it is to use this app! I also love how there are tutorials to walk you through if you don't know what to do. I wanted the description of my product to appear before the list of items to select and the AvisPlus team handled it so professionally and gave me exactly what I asked for. I am beyond pleased with this app and I definitely recommend it!

I previously edited the code in the theme code for a personalised text box which was fine. But this app enables you to do far more, design, create more then one text box, placeholder text etc. They also helped me with a feed into order printer app, so i can bulk print orders off. Before I had to print off orders one at a time using the manual coding method. Only issue I have found was if an option has an additional cost, that cost is only added if paid via the cart/checkout process. You will need to switch off dynamic payments as it will not add any extras that way. I have instead created variants for these options that have additional charges which gets around the issue and still have paypal apple pay etc. Communication and help: I have needed support even on a bank holiday and they have gone into my site and sorted any issues out very quickly. Some apps may say they work and not have any issues but until you need support you dont know how good they are. these guys have been fantastic. Speed: This app is worth a slightly slower load time, testing has showed ranges from 200ms to 800ms which the guys are working on for me. The fact customers can clearly input their options will increase conversions.

It doesn’t work with the discount button so no good for me unfortunately. The variants set up was great and the customer service was friendly and helpful but with 7 hours time difference it sometimes took some time to amend things and since it stopped working correctly a few times this turned into a longer process to rectify. It did seem a bit glitchy.

Lots of customization options also with custom rules in order to make them appear only based on certain conditions, and if you need anything the support is top quality!

The app works the way it should and brings a great simple UI with it. If there are any questions, then the support can be easily contacted and helps very quickly in a friendly way.

This is by far my favorite app I've found. It has super simple UIs, an amazing customer support, and all of the options I've needed to use. Everything I need to sell requires more options than Shopify supports, so this app really comes in handy.
