This app is overall really intuitive and has a great feature set. However, they allow placeholder product images on the final checkout screen, and the app devs are completely incapable of explaining where those are controlled or why they allowed these images in the final flow. Its been incredibly frustrating to get straight answers about this so we're moving on to another app.

The app has great detailed instructions on how to set everything up. You can choose options from drop downs, text, buttons, and you can even add color swatches. I like the conditional formatting option as well. I wanted to change the size of the padding between the text and the border of the field and couldn't figure out how to do it myself so I reached out to customer support through the app and was quickly helped by Artemis. My request was solved quickly and easily. Great customer service! I would highly recommend this app to anyone needing customizations fields on their page.

This is the best product add-on/options app I have found. The setup and customization process is intuitive. The installed options look clean and professional. The support team is quick and very helpful when issues come up.

Add this app. Just do it. I have a complicated site with hundreds of variations, and options, every product having to be individually created and customized, swatches and image choices, and conditional logic. This thing gets it done and then some. The best variant app I've used and I've tried several. I tried support because I needed a tweak to the layout and the devs responded right away and not only made the one tweak but 2 more on the spot while chatting. This is exactly what I was looking for. Great app, and awesome support that will help make it perfect for your site.

If you're looking for the perfect app that allows you to customize and fine-tune your product variants, your search has come to an end. After trying around 6x different product variant apps, I can say with confidence that this one blows the others out of the water. It is so much easier to use with a more intuitive user interface, more customization, it's free (how!?), and the level of customer service is beyond good. I read a bunch of reviews on this app before I decided to download (was sick of trying so many different product variant apps...), and a common theme was that the customer service was unbelievably great. I was suspicious that these were perhaps shill reviews, but after working with customer service to customize my page even further, I can say that the hype is real. I'm extremely happy with the performance and ease of use of this app, and I know I'm in good hands with the customer service. I would 100% recommend this app and believe it is superior to the other product variant apps that are available in the app store. 10/10

I was literally stuck hours before a new launch and the AvisPlus tech support team helped me out BIG TIME! It was also in the wee hours of the night! I just started using the app and I would definitely recommend it for product customization. I tried 2 others and they are by far the best! I most enjoyed how the custom details are listed in the packing slips.

We just installed this app today. We requested a custom position for the text box. They were able to accommodate our request right away. We've only added the app to one of our products but so far it's exactly what we were looking for. Definitely better than other apps we have installed.

The AvisPlus app is easy to use and fast. Setting up my entire store took less time than expected and was easier than the app I replaced. Duplicating similar options and making minor tweaks makes the process a snap and helps in keeping the option prices consistent throughout the store. The app on the frontend is faster than my previous app as well, it has only been a week and I have noticed my speed score go up a few points and load times are blazing fast. The app I was using before actually de-ranked every single one of my mobile pages and caused many problems within my google search console. The other app also interfered with getting verified reviews by creating temporary products which auto-deleted after 30 days. I did have some compatibility issues with one other app but I was able to find and install a similar app within an hour. AvisPlus is a product options app but where they really shine is in their customer support. I have thrown many requests at them and they have completed them to my liking very quickly. A simple chat initiated from the backend and usually I have someone helping me within 15-20 minutes most of the time. They understand their product and their customers and the fix has been done as needed on the first try. They assisted with getting the css dialed in to match my website without hesitation. Excellent app and excellent people to work with. Don't hesitate to use this app.
