Overall this is a great app for pop-ups and email capture. The interface is clean and professional and service is excellent. One thing that bugs me is the monthly price. If you want to get more detailed information from your subscribers, the dynamic hidden fields are only available on the Growth account which is 199$ per month. I'm presently looking for another option since I can't really afford to invest 2400$ per year on this option yet...

Privy is a great tool for making customers sign up to our newsletter. The usability is awesome and one can really customize the pop-up. Great job!

Pretty useful for a free app. Very easy to use and gave me some quick conversions. Would definitely recommend it to anyone else starting out.

I would definitely recommend Privy for free email popups. On the first day I got a couple of people to sign up, and it has only increased since I fine tuned what I wanted the popup to say. My popup comes onto the screen after 30 seconds (you can adjust this), and on the top right of the screen there is a "sign up" clickable button. So far so good, after a week.

Great app already in the free version, thinking about 'app'grading because the app is promising some good features in the paid version.

Loved it, really easy to set up and adjust to the branding colours and format of your shop. Since I've implemented I am receiving leads every single day and is helping increase my subscriber list tremendously. Additionally, I love the fact that customers don't need to go through the process of verifying their email, which is faster and has higher conversions. Great for a free app and start-ups!

I integrated Privy with my Shopify site to launch a pop-up that asks for visitors' email addresses. Privy was the easiest for me to use as it didn't require editing any HTML...I simply linked it to my Shopify page and mailchimp account, seamlessly created the pop-up with easy to use tools on Privvy, and have collected many addresses. I'd absolutely recommend Privvy!

Love this app! Very user friendly and took only minutes to get it installed and running on our site. Good options for customization too. Has already generated some email addresses for us. The only way I can think of to make the app better would be the option to email directly from your account. This may be an option in the paid version...not sure. Definitely recommend the free app however!

It's an easy to use, valuable app for engaging with customers visiting our website. We would consider it one of our essentials at this point.

This really does help convert customers who are shaky on placing orders. I quickly whipped up a popup on my home page that gives customers a discount code when they subscribe to our newsletter. Works like a charm and I got orders immediately after installing! 10/10 would recommend for any one on a budget

Did not work for me like everyone else. 1. It does not pop up but rather puts a ribbon on the top right corner of site and does not show pop up until someone clicks on it even after I have set triggers to pop up after 5 seconds on site. So I might be doing something wrong here. but all in all its a good app

Great app. I hate that the acknowledgement email cannot be removed because I have one that is sent from my email marketing app but other than that, it's a good free app.

Very happy with Privy - I've only been using it a few days and have already seen results. The best part - it was a *breeze* to set up. I looked at other apps for Shopify as well as plugins for my Wordpress blog, and all required lots of hoops to jump through. But Privy works seamlessly on both my Shopify store and Wordpress blog with pretty much zero effort on my part. Would definitely recommend!

Great app, my mailing list growing fasttttttt

We were looking for a "smarter" replacement for our website popups. We wanted an app with all the cool features but at a fair price. Privy offers a comparable set of features (and then some) that more expensive solutions do. With an awesome UI and extremely helpful support, Privy is a no brainer. Ben and his team are a pleasure to work with. We had this up and running in no time for 3 sites.

I've tried a couple of apps that profess to do the same thing, but I've been extremely impressed with Privy. Their app is more functional than any paid app offering a similar service. It's clean, simple, and works exactly the way I'd hoped. Some of the advanced features are definitely worth paying for as well- such as targeting only desktop users (Google recently released information that they'd penalize sites using popups on mobile devices starting early 2017!) I've also had problems with other email collection popup apps trying to integrate my email service. Somehow those other apps didn't work nearly as smoothly to import new contacts. In just the last day I've had a couple dozen new email signups, and I haven't even gotten into offering discount codes- another awesome feature offered by Privy. I'm a fan! Thanks Privy!

This app is excellent! The free version comes with many features. There are LOTS of customization options to ensure that the popups look good on your site. It's easy to set up automatic emails so the discount code is sent to the customer instead of appearing in the popup. We have also contacted support and they were great. A nice tool. Easy to set up. Not a ton of emails gathered yet, but we're a new site. Hopefully will be better as we grow

It's a great idea and it has a free option for the beginning, so can't complain!
