Way too difficult to use. App takes you out of the Shopify interface and forces you to use their UI. Poorly designed and convoluted.

Nice app to start with and make your job much easier. Will look forward to using it and see how it goes in long run.

Customizing the templates was a little difficult for me, but I like that this app is helping me get subscribers and overall it is pretty simple to set up.

The app is fairly functionable to its meaning. The exit campaigns could allow a wide range of font size on headings and titles and not glitch.

Very user friendly and already got a few conversions on the first day using it! I will definitely keep this tool in my arsenal.

I really like this APP. It's a one-stop-shop to help us manage traffic and other marketing initiatives.

The app has awesome functions and really can help any brand, but for brands who page speed matters - it's not a solution. You have an option to use or not Google reCaptcha - in both ways the code of recaptcha loads and your app is adding with all its code and calls over 30 requests to my page - here is a proof just scanned in GtMetrix: http://prntscr.com/tvb47k I am sorry about my low stars feedback but your app is so popular - please invest in optimizations!

I use privy on all of my stores for the awesome wheel spin feature. customers love interactive games to win discounts, this is a easy way to boost checkouts.

We use it for client fidelity, our client database exist because this app, we like to be less heavy do.

Super Easy to Use and Customize! Great for increasing conversions and building customer relationships.

Highly recommend Privy! From the well designed pop ups which are easy to set up and definitely generate additional revenue (easy to personalise and align to your brand colours) to the newsletters, again which look great with no need to import customers. Very slick app and the support team are extremely helpful, they want Privy to work for your business and that shows in their interactions.

I have spoken to customer service and I was charged $10 for the email to be sent to no one. I ended up using the shopify email where I saw that 10 people out of the 15 contacts are subscribed to my newsletter. I dont understand and from what your representatives keep telling me it seems the email can only be sent to people that have purchased. Worst App ever. Even if I misunderstood and still dont understand it is way too complicated to figure out why the emails are not being sent. The reasons explained to me by your representatives make no sense to a normal person. Also the fact that removing the app alone does not close the paid plan is a rip-off. I really dont understand why i paid $10. I hate this service. I feel like you guys took advantage of a new customer that was willing to pay you. I hope you guys feel good about the jobs your doing. Good riddance.

I enjoyed how easy this was to set up! Got started on a free trial and was able to do everything to customize my popup according to design.

confusing for me. not working. it did but stopped after a few hours. I have emailed support so hopefully, I can get squared away soon and running campaigns. I will only give two stars for now and I'll just wait to get the help I'm seeking to get this thing going. I'll definitely change it. Thank you
