Privy has been charging me an erroneous $50 usage fee on TOP of the $20 fee for the past 6 months. Extremely dissatisfied....

the staff responded to my problem quicker than i imagined, and they hit the problem right on the head! if you have a ad blocker make sure to disbale it for privy, or else you wont be able to create or publish campaigns. super glad they got back to me this will be a good tool to have. having issues with the automated coupon for signing up via email but i have faith in support.

Just downloaded this last night and it is fairly simple to use however I keep sending myself a test email with a sign up code and each time after a few seconds a message pops up saying "This message no longer exists" and disappears from my Inbox. If this happened to my customers I would be furious and they would lose confidence in my brand. It would do the opposite to what it is supposed to achieve. I do not recommend and certainly would not pay to upgrade. For some reason, I am even having difficulty leaving this feedback. the same window keeps popping up. Why is that?

This app is great! I use it on all my stores and recommend it to all my clients. I collected so many emails using this app and even got so many sales.

Not bad so far just hope we could use integration direct with Facebook instead of connecting another app.

I've been using this app for a little while now ... can't say it really has helped me grow or save abandoned carts so far, but that is more to do with my attendance to the app rather than the app itself. I tried Klavio to compare, and I have to say ... Privy is a lot easier to use... very happy so far.

Very easy to set up. Can't amend the trigger so the sign up pop up appears immediately on my site which is annoying as most people will just ignore it. Would be better if it was delayed by a few seconds. Guessing you have to have a paid plan to amend it.

I decided to play around with this app as I practice what I want before my launch. And I do highly recommend this to anyone who's launching or has a site.

I enjoyed it all. There's nothing that I would necessarily suggest for the app to add or remove. It's been very helpful in allowing me to see the traffic coming through to the site and who's engaging.

I use this app to help with pop ups. This is a great app and I highly recommend people to use it. You'll be missing out if you don't

It is clunky and never seems to work, emails are never sent, and customer service is lacking. I am going to look for another option.

Not super user friendly. Still figuring it out. It keeps glitching out on me. This app will take some getting used to.

I have returned to Privy after 3 months because the entry pop - ups are nicer than everyone elses. I have not had much luck with the cart abondon pop-up but will continue trying with it.

Works great and is easy to use. Does exactly what I was looking for. The team was also very quick and easy to work with.
