update: a year or two back i switched away from privy because i was looking for a couple other things at the time, but now am probably going to switch back over and Jose has been nothing but great in helping me figure out some back end things before i make the jump back and to make sure everything is running smoothly on the back end without being an actual customer yet - so that is very much appreciated, sometimes you can't find people that will help like he has! Privy is a great way to capture emails. Totally customizable and easy to gives just what I need for growing my new business. I used Privy for another store I had and it always gave great results even for the free version! Customer service is awesome too, pretty quick to answer and fix any problems!

Henry has a professional attitude and the service that Privy provides is excellent. Henry is knowledgeable, ready to work, and flexible. What more can you ask for as a customer? Thanks Privy!

I've always had excellent customer service. I just had an issue and Jose tested and provided a solution immediately. I really appreciate the Live Chat feature and their responsiveness. Andres just helped me with a new issue and was extremely helpful and quickly addressed my issue.

Jose is so quick and connected the technical team to find a fix. Bravo for how fast your support staff and technical teams fix issues :)

Jose was kind and ran all the test we could to resolve an emailing issue but it seems to be on my clients end so after discovering this the issue will be resolved later but he was kind and helpful anyway.. thank you

Terrible terms and conditions and too expensive. I subscribed for a $105 plan, it was working fine but I found similar apps are much and works the same. So I decided to unsubscribe it before they charge me for the next cycle, and they terminate everything instantly. While I had so many other subscriptions, usually they would still let you to use till the next cycle. This is the first time they terminate it instantly. I still have more than two weeks left , talked to CS, no help. They said it's in their condition, wasted my money.

I used the app to prepare our first news letter. Very user friendly, great application with lots of different campaign uses for staying connected to your customers! A couple of years later still excellent customer service and great app! Even after almost 5 years still outstanding service and support! Highly recommend!
