So far so good. Nice to design on some products not available on other POD apps. Can't wait to see how it sells!

Initially, working with the app was confusing and difficult. As I continued working with the app and with Printify customer support, my experience and design skills increased. Now, working with app my designing is more exciting.

So far so good in every aspect.. I don't have anything to complain about.. so I definitely recommend printify to anyone interested in designing and dropshiping.

Great app. Seamless Integration. The only thing I wish they had was model templates instead of just the merchandise on a white background.

The website is amazing and the integration is seamless for both Shopify and Etsy. I have ordered 2 samples and the shipping is about 1 week turnover. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to modify shipping for the customer when you push to your store channel. Other than that, the website is awesome.

Printify is really the one-stop shop for print products. I've mainly stuck to T-shirts so far but am now contemplating expanding to some of their other products, for example, home decor and wall art. Good selection of T-shirts, including no-sweatshop options and v high quality. The interface for mocking up the designs is fairly easy to understand and all the technical details are spelled out re correct resolution, and proofing colors. What's really brilliant is they fulfill everything. Once you've got your designs uploaded, just let the seamless integration with Shopify take over - in theory, there's nothing more to do. I recommend without hesitation.

Print quality is very good. Pricing is appropriate and automatic fulfillment of customer orders -PRICELESS!!

This really is the best print on demand app on Shopify. Its easy to use, they don't charge you $10 to upload a design like a certain other app does, their product selection is great. The whole process of getting everything set up is smooth. I am a fan.

I used to use Printful because it was more popular but I think Printify's quality is quite better. It may be more expensive but the price's worthy

I used this app with my Shopify store. I received my first order on 1/16/19 and manually fulfilled it from my Shopify store. On 1/22/19 I emailed a screenshot of the order and inquired about shipment. They instantly passed the blame to me. No apologies for the system not syncing properly and no empathy for my customer waiting for her order. Now it's 1/28/19 and still no word on when the order will be fulfilled. My customer requested a refund and issued it right away. I would NEVER refer this service to anyone, the customer service is awful! I would guess that there products are awful as well. Either way I deleted their product off of my website. I would rate them a "0"

I love how simple this app is overall, straight to the point and very user-friendly. I highly recommend!

Update... I'm bumping my review up to four stars after tremendous support from Tom at Printify. I had a lot of concerns and set up a call with Tom. I was extremely impressed with the homework he had done before our call. He had read through all my support issues, put together a list of all orders that had been late and took care of those on their end, and really went over the top to show me that he cared about my concerns. Because of Tom I decided to stay with Printify and just launched my second store. I ended up switching print providers within their network and have been been fairly pleased. My orders are shipping in a timely matter and I haven't heard anything negative from my customers (limited orders so far as I'm easing my way back into it) since the change. One thing to remember, however, and something I've found very valuable, is to know that all print on demand providers use DTG as their method of printing. Be aware of this and educate yourself on what this means before making your designs. I really like most things with Printify and, judging by their dedication to my problem, combined with a solid working platform, competitive prices, and broad product selection, I would imagine they'll continue to improve and grow in the future. Thanks, Tom! I have really mixed feelings about this app and I really hope my opinion of it changes for the better in the future. There are a lot of things I really like and a couple that I really dislike. The problem is that the couple things I dislike are extremely important... I built my store in November and Started advertising for it around the first of December. Things were great and I sold hundreds of items in the first couple weeks... Then the customer complaints came in... Multiple orders missing items... Multiple orders with bad prints - crooked, see through, missing blocks of images, you name it... I had to turn my advertising off until I can determine if these guys can print a shirt that looks good and deliver the right items to my customers... They gave a cutoff order deadline of December 11th for having items by Christmas. I have many orders that were placed before then that won't be at my customer's houses before Christmas... The support has been solid but not perfect. It's a very busy season but most of the time I can get a response in less than a day. For the items missing orders and for the bad prints I have been refunded.... The problem is that a simple refund doesn't get my customer's products to them by Christmas. I've had to manually place orders and do it with expedited shipping in hopes that some kid will have their shirt on Christmas morning... Despite trying to get them to help cover the costs of the shipping because of their mistake, printify has refused to do so.... These simple printing/packing mistakes have costs me hundreds of dollars/countless hours of time and, most importantly, future business from a number of customers... And this is just from two weeks of sales! Now, to the good stuff... Their products are very easy to build. The app is easy to navigate. The prices are good for most items. The customer service has been attentive. They have a solid selection of products. From what I've seen so far, this company is doing very well with all the really hard stuff. Probably the best in the industry. If they could get a system together with better quality control from their print partners, these guys would absolutely take over the industry. The problem is a quality product (end result) is the most important thing in this industry and these guys are lacking big time on it so far. If the shirt looks bad it doesn't matter what else you have right. The good news is (from someone who's printed shirts for a decade) printing shirts isn't hard. Hopefully these guys can find a way to get their print suppliers to care about the product they put out. If they do they will dominate. I've seen shirts that MyLocker puts out under its own brand name. Printify isn't getting the same quality. I'm currently switching all my products over to another print provider in their network. This isn't easy to do as each product has to be manually recreated. I'm really really hoping the print quality is much better with the new vendor. I like everything else about these guys but the shirt quality is very important. We have 8 more stores we plan to open in 2019 and it would be really sweet if things work with these guys. I'll update once I start to see results from the new vendor.

I am surprised by so many low reviews and it makes me wonder if they are legit or fake. But I can only speak to my experience. Great support. Great prices. Print quality and ship times are the biggest thing to test for your business. TShirt and Sons is good. (But shipping to US takes longer than I would like and they don't offer tracking, so I had to switch it up.) I have heard great things about Fifth Sun though have not used them. ArtsAdd has done excellent work on the shoes, for sure (holiday shipping was slow, and post holiday shipping was quite fast). All in all, I will continue to experiment with various printers and see who I like and who I don't. You have to test for yourself each one. Very grateful for the option of Printify, either way. Also worth noting, the design process is very good, better than other apps I have used. Thanks.

I absolutely love this app. It has made my work as a designer so much easier to find the right surfaces for my work. I could not live without it!

The app is well done and easy to use BUTT I ordered a sample to try their products and they were very poor quality and shipping time took 3 weeks~. As well, I received the wrong item. Would not recommend for quality goods delivered on time.

Higher priced then most print on demand apps, and also orders take about 4-5 weeks and customers don’t want to wait weeks for their products.

Great usage so far. Clean and simple app. You'll only see me back here if there are problems with the shipment, which I highly doubt. 5 stars!

Overall process is great! The only issue is with some printing companies. Items don't always ship on time.

I've been using Printify for specific products and they've done an amazing job. I am thrilled with them and grateful to have found them! Fast and the quality has been fantastic.
