I'm torn between loving Printify and hating Printify. Without a doubt, Printify consistently has the lowest prices, but they are the slowest to fulfill. For example, I ordered on the same day three shirts from Printify and two leggings from Printful as test orders. The three shirts each had a design on the front. They were fulfilled from MyLocker and DJ. It took eleven calendar days for the products to reach my mailbox. The two leggings I ordered through Printful were all-over-print leggings that had a background design plus designs on the left and right legs. I received it in 5 calendar days. Not to mentioned that the order was fulfilled from their Mexico facility - my Printiful order still arrived faster. So why something so simple took eleven days?... I complained to Printify about the long delivery time and they said they have no control over it because they outsource the productions to various vendors. With eleven day delivery time, how can I compete with other online merchants like Hylete and Amazon?! It's the middle of May, imagine how much slower it'll be around Christmas season! UGH! So I have to weigh profit vs having my orders cancelled and/or losing repeat customers. Also, I wish Printify had a live chat app like Printful or Shopify. So frustrating to have to wait hours for a reply.

So far this app is nice. I haven't had it for a long time, but I'm happy they have a wide selection of products. I wish the app had reviews that people can post for the different companies, and the products they print. To see which company prints the best for different products, and for customers to be able to post pic reviews. When it comes to customer service it's ok, based on response time. They're definitely better than other apps for response time, but it could be better. The base price is better than Printful, but if only they had the reviews up so we can choose the best company right away. Instead of having to purchase the same design, and shirt from different companies till we find the right one for us. This app is also easier when it comes to setting up your designs with background color. Printful just recently made that an option, but background color is limited. You aren't limited on here, and it makes it easier for people who are new to making designs, to choose any color they wish to choose for All-Over printing.

Please don't bother using Printify!! I wasted so much time creating a store full of 60+ designs and launched my website. In such a short space of time I have had three issues. One was the sheer bad quality of the Gildan t-shirt & cheaply printed design. Then after one wash it had faded dramatically & was completed ruined. And then, a customer received the WRONG bloody t-shirt. It is just utterly embarrassing. It makes my company look shit because of their constant mess ups. ( I used MyLocker as the supplier). Just use Printful, seriously you wont regret it and waste so much time!!

Great app for your custom apparel and home stuff, prices are affordable enough to add your margins and have a nice profit after expenses.

I used this app to create customised t-shirts for my store. Works perfectly, good pricing and responsive customer support. I've been using other apps before, but none of them were as good a this one. Definitely recommend it!

Uploading and publishing the product was easier than I expected. I expected it would be very complicated, so I was just practicing listing my first product and all of a sudden it was in my store. I ordered samples, and really like what I received. I am loving it.

I have been using this POD service with our main brand on another account for almost a year now with over 1,000 orders and I can tell you one major thing about printify: if you want to make a quick buck, go with printify. If you want to build a brand, go with printful. First lets talk about shirt quality. If you use DJ thru Printify the quality is decent. If you use mylocker it is horrifyingly bad. I cannot stress this enough. Faded, poor color, often late shipments. Printful quality exceeds DJ and by a country mile, mylocker. It's also worth noting that printify is just a middle man operation, whereas printful is an actual company printing the shirts. This matters particularly if you use multiple POD vendors thru printify (mylocker, DJ, etc) and a customer orders products from each -- you're having to pay shipping from EACH vendor. All because Printify is a middle man. You will wait 1-2 hours for a support reply on printify. You will wait, at most, 5 minutes on printful. Even as a middle man they drop the ball here. There are branding options at printful like inside labeling, package inserts, and more. There are affordable express shipping options at printful. I kid you not, to express ship ONE SHIRT thru printify costs $34, domestic. Printful it costs $6. I can go on and on, I only wish I switched to Printful sooner. Yes you will pay more for the shirts, but you will have a chance to succeed as a brand. You will be very challenged to succeed as a brand with Printify. The customer service and quality are very poor. Make the choice.

Pros: - they have more variety for the product I use - support was quick Cons: - have to adjust price separately for each variant (Printful allows you to adjust all at same time and do so % or $ amount) - have to wait in line for products to submit to store during busy times on website (I started at 65 and ten minutes later, I'm at 37) Printful store submission is much quicker and never had to wait. - Can't add text layer over photo (You can on Printful) I'll still use it because they offer the different product variations but I'll be limited as to what I can print on them.

So far so good, this app has been the easiest and the most fun one to use for shopify pod apps. I will update after I see how the sales process goes, thanks much!

The quality and detail they have is fantastic. If something you try to print is low quality, they won't even put it into production, which I like! One thing they could improve on though is product selection

Beach towels are thinner than usual (I'm told some prefer this, because it brings down shipping costs) and there were some print issues. But Printify customer service is great and they offered replacements immediately.

Easy to navigate and use. 10 minutes and my first design is uploaded and in my store - Thanks Printify its a dream to use.

Not really happy. I received 2 samples and the logo printed is really bad! I Paid $34.84 for only 2 shirts sample. I contacted the support who kindly resent the shirts. They told me nothing is wrong with the logo itself. Today Just received and I had to pay at the post office about $15 to get it! Total about $50 for 2 Shirts with horrible quality... How people make business with Printify! I am really curious...

UPDATE - now I have 3 orders just this week that were screwed up. Customers got the wrong shirts and the one below mentioned shirt was stained. A shirt made it to the customer covered in stains from the printing process and I was only refunded the cost of the shirt and shipping/handling, but yet had to issue a full refund to the customer. I emailed their team and was told "We are not refunding the retail costs of orders as it is against our Terms of Service or Merchant Protection policy"... so basically we don't care that we screwed up, you lost your profit, and got a bad review over our error. READ their policies carefully before using them!! Losing the money isn't what hurt me the most, it was the principle of the situation and how it was handled.

Great selection of products, just got to keep making designs. :) Cheap prices, good delivery times and helpful support. Overall a superb experience thus far. Highly recommended for anyone looking for global coverage.

I was satisfied with the communication, speed and integration of this app. What I didn't like was I placed a small order for a very important customer of mine and when they recieved their shirts one of the logos was very off centered. The quality for the shirts and printed graphics was great though. It's a little bit of a deal breaker for me. I have submit a request to fix it, which I am hoping goes smoothly.

The app itself is easy and great to use. Only a couple of complaints. Shipping for sample orders takes FOREVER. Also, it’s confusing (if it’s even possible at all) to make one design available for multiple articles of clothing without doing it manually. I wish from a clients point of view, that I could select a product and then select which design I want on it. Also, they advertise that your logo can go on the garment tag (inner back neck), but I haven’t seen that option on any of the available products yet.

Slow production (up to 9 business days) and nonresponsive vendor reply. For example, order placed Mar 21, 2019. Zip hoodie had faded, silvery grey ink instead of white. Printify customer support said they'd take care of this Apr 2 w/ reprint. Next hoodie had same faded white ink issue. I asked Printify to get an answer from their vendor and the only answer I received was, "they need more time to investigate." It's now Apr 24th and there's no resolution, which is a shame because I really like Printify's catalog of items! The reliability and fulfillment part of their service is severely lacking, however.

Great customer service and a huge catalog with variety of products. Been using Printify for other projects as well and can say with confidence that I consider them to be a trustful, long-term POD partner.
