I encountered some issues with account credentials and creation through Google auto sign up prompts. I wont go into detail, but effectively i created two accounts, one with google auto sign up, and one with my correct email address, and the google account was blocking me from changing my email tied to the account. Very confusing, and a headache. But I jumped into the virtual help chat and one of the agents, Oscar, was so helpful that he helped me resolve my issue within 30 minutes. 5/5 for the support alone.

It's pretty straight forward and easy to use. I like it!
