You have a good service. I like a lot of what you have. The part that I run into problems with is making the design the way you must have it in order for it to work. That took a lot of my time, and I still don't know if it's correct. I did not purchase a t-shirt to see my own product yet. The first item to the create sale would be great at a reduced cost.

The new mockup generator is great, one of the best I have seen. This review gets three stars for two reasons. There are very few products that can be added with the generator and the model selection is non existent. Instead of using the mockup generator I have resulted to getting better images from the clothing manufactures web site and creating my own mockup images. Printful hire someone solely for the purpose of adding products to the mockup generator. Also expand your product offering, there are so many other colors and apparel designs out there, it is disappointing to find a color on the manufactures site and not in your inventory.

Great customer service. I'd uploaded an image that was pixelated around the edges, Printful held the order and sent me a message so that I could tell them whether it was supposed to look like that or not. It wasn't, so I fixed it, uploaded a new image and they fulfilled the order. Super easy and kept me from looking like a chump.

We love our Printful! We completely under-utilize their services right now. But fully intend on expanding our product line because of Printful! Love love love!

Very easy to use and I love that it remembers the last shirt configurations so you only need to change the color or size for the next shirt. Great job!

Well crafted, great design, simple to use.

Printful is VERY BAD at customer service. When asking about shipping dates and confirming delivery times with staff on more than one occasion.. packages were delivered late to customers after being promised they would be delivered on time and no refund was provided to us or our customers. Nor a solution to reship products on time after discovering they would be late. CEO was of no assistance or help and does not see value in customer relations.

We're downgrading our review rating from 5-stars to 4-stars. Here's why. We've spent a few months using Printful with our apparel store and spoke with the people at customer support plentiful of times. As another person mentioned here in the Shopify reviews, they do indeed, treat you as a consumer and not as a business relationship. There is no friendly business relationship with these people. In all the times we spoke with them, it felt like we were speaking with a copy & paste robot. No smiley faces or insightful comments about our store or design. They just want to get right to the point and push us far away as possible. There was one time where we saw a dead store on the "used by" page. We sent them a message and asked if we could be featured on that page. They sent us a message back saying they'll consider it. The next day, they rearranged the store on that page and replaced the dead store with another one other than us. We were quite disappointed that they didn't send us an email back saying they were thankful for our comment or at least apologising for not being able to put us up on there. No communication whatsoever. Another thing to mention is the quality of T-shirts you'll receive. The fabric of the T-shirts are nice, nothing wrong with it. The printing quality, however, is not the best. The printing of the inside label that we received was like an eraser on fabric. If you rub it a couple times with some friction, it'll start fading away. We sent an email describing the quality of T-shirt that we received and they sent back a standard copy & paste thank you and we'll look over this, etc. We were expecting for them to add some truthful comments or an insight of what the real expectation is. Overall, the people at The Printful will treat you like a regular consumer. Between The Printful and us, there is absolutely no friendly business relationship from what we see. *This review may change as we use The Printful for a longer period. We're only 4 months in as of this review.

Easy to use, beautiful quality product, and integrates seamlessly with my store. The margin on these shirts is pretty small for the shop owner, but once you upload your shirt design there is very little work left to do. Great app!

Would definitely recommend! Their design/upload process is very simple and they provide helpful resources. Support team is pretty quick too. So far they have been reliable with turning around products on time, and they seem to really look at each design closely to make sure there are no errors. I've been contacted before about small issues (with my design) that they wanted to make sure were addressed before sending out - I really appreciate that! For improvements, I know leggings are a new product but I think they need to invest some more time in helping folks with getting the designs right. I haven't been able to get in touch with their design consultation team (which is evidently a different group). Overall great experience though!

I would defenitely recommend this app to everyone and so easy to get around. I love it!

Pros: Easy to use Cons: I ordered from them twice for a total of 6 shirts. I was only satisfied with 1 of the shirts I ordered. I called and voiced my complaints but they didn't really help me. For example, I sent a tag design to be printed on a shirt, I mistakenly picked a shirt that did not have a removable tag so what they did was print it on the outside back of the shirt. Granted, Printful tells you that they will print on the outside if the shirt does not have a removable tag. But it's pretty lame that no one would think, "hmm. Maybe someone made a mistake and we should notify him before printing a tag with sizes and washing instructions on the outside of this shirt." But no, they printed it and sent it to me. When I tried talking to my personal "guru" that they assign you, he wasn't able to help me at all. No one was. It was basically my fault. Basically, you are treated like a consumer and if you're serious about running a business, that's not a good thing. You need a partner you can work with that will take responsibility for their mess ups and that's just not Printful.

Very easy one you get the hang of it

Syncs perfectly! I only wish that for size variations that I can copy other sizes instead of doing each one individually. Love this company!
