What Printful has done with apparel preparation and fulfillment has completely changed the game for designers and entrepreneurs. They've literally thought of everything and their support with Shopify makes setting up a shop so easy.

Very Smooth - easy to use - tons of variations for products!

After two orders I can safely say I wouldn't recommend this store to any other. My first sample order had two printing errors for which I received full refunds. The second order is 7 days past order and I have been contacting them for days to resolve. Every time I hear "its shipping Monday" but today (Monday) it turns out they are just reading the same status line I can see and nothing has actually been done to ensure my order will go out. I was promised a call back by management, but called back to find the manager had left before returning my call. If you have customers you care about DO NOT send them to Printful. This a great company who has made starting my store and serving my first customers sooo easy. I may not have opened up a store at all if a service like this did not exist.

By far the greatest apparel drop shipping service! So many variations, products, and at relatively cheap prices. The future looks bright for Printful, i'm hoping to see them rapidly expand their product line and start opening facilities outside of the USA for faster and cheaper shipping worldwide. This is a seemless integration with Shopify. At this point we have ZERO issues or complaints, and we are extremely happy with the user interface.

I have chosen Printful as my fulfillment partner for my tShirt shop launched this month. I have found everyone helpful from the design services to the chat help and the billing department. It has taken me a while to get the gears to mesh together and I am so grateful for the competence and patience shown to me. Next month I plan to use their design staff to expand my line.

Great quality but getting in touch with their customer service is a nightmare! One of our top selling products has had issues with not coming out correctly for the past few weeks, resulting in unhappy customers, and it's been almost a month since this whole ordeal started. Plus, they take so much money per print it's insane! For that price you'd expect better customer service. That said, Jorge there has provided good service, but the design team is totally MIA. Disappointed with that for what we're paying...
