So far they've been absolutely great! Support is a little slow to respond, but ultimately they are a well oiled machine.

If this app did not exist, I would not feel comfortable operating my store as it is right now. It is indispensable to me and have never had an issue with quality or fulfillment.

Such a pain, the fulfillment process takes a while. They are real "Hold" happy, they place orders on hold and you have to do like many steps to get it released. Not too happy with the customer service either as they are not as helpful as they should be see how my business directly brings business to them. If there is a clothing app alternative someone please let me know. constant frustration with them and their lack of assistance.

Would be cool but any change in price results in you having to recreate the product over again from scratch. Such a pain in the ass. I ran a Buy 1, Get 40% off sale on T-shirts and every single shirt that was 40% off can't sync and even though in their platform it shows an icon of the shirt they ordered, I have to recreate it from scratch. There's not even a clone button. Live Chat Support says there's no other way and didn't seem to think this was a big issue.

Absolutely wonderful company, I have ordered several items from them and they never disappoint. If they ever mess up on anything they will fix their mistakes for free. Printful is the only company I use for the fulfillment of my products.

This is a great app works perfectly with Shopify. So easy to create products and upload them to your store. Also the products and printing are great quality too. Thanks Printful :)

Great app. Makes everything extremely easy to set up even including new phone case editions (after figuring out to make new variations and then configure them in existing products via the app interface). Great App! Very easy to use and very intuitive.

These guys have actually been cheaper overall than my local printing company - and it's great that I can have the items delivered to me (to deliver to my customers directly) or they can be mailed straight to the customer (with no fulfillment/shipment work on my part). So far, everyone has been happy with their items - haven't had any quality issues. Placement has always been right. They make a great addition to my other products to be able to offer custom items and just graphic items in general (mostly tops). It can take time - which is hard for me (as I like to get my customers orders shipped out same day) so I always notate in the description that these are being processed and sent to them directly and to expect an extra 1-2 weeks for processing. But that's to be expected. Anywho - I do recommend them!

If i could describe 21st century ecommerce in one word, that word would be printful. I no longer have to keep any inventory in my warehouse. Products are sold to order. Instead of inventorying, I can focus on building businesses. Printful makes entrepreneurs' lives so much better!

This really helps when listing products that Printful will be fulfilling! Helpful and flexible, with good explanations.
