Review #2 I have orders that have been waiting way past the fulfillment days more than 28 days. Instead of making sure my orders will be processed in a timely manner all they do is send a generic message. They have not been properly marking my products as shipped. Leaving customers wondering why they haven’t received a tracking number. I have my account automated so they can properly process my orders which they have been doing a poor job. Review #1 The 'quality control' feature must be the biggest scam feature that Printful has. I don't think caring humans even check the products. I have contacted them multiple times about embroidery orders such as snapbacks being mailed completely damaged. Their machines do not seem to handle simple jobs, they are shipped with unreadable text. I have custom orders that have been shipped twice in terrible quality. It's an embarrassment when a customer has to receive damaged merchandise twice.

Products never arrive at customers or arrive too late, customers very angry and disappointed by delays, You can lose the business as my loss of customer and sales is happening to me because the orders never arrived on time and customers threatening to sue for the scam because their order never came, it is a very bad idea to do business with a company that cannot send your orders on time because they arrive very late or they never arrive and you can lose everything as happened to me

seriously Printful... disabling the option to add products with slow fulfillment. That's how you lose businesses just saying.

The app has been a great experience so far and really appreciate how informative it is getting my store to maximize profit.

I hate to give a bad review but I'm incredibly disappointed in their communication during covid-19. They could have easily sent email updates to let everyone know what's going on so we can communicate with our customers. Instead, they just continue to extend the processing time with no notice at all, leaving you to figure it out on your own. My items have all been queue for over 30 days, which is past their current estimated processing time. Covid aside, their quality is good 80% of the time. 2 out of 10 items come back with a bad print but you can have them fix it for free.

I love all the service it offers! very original customizable products, so as not to pal get quality jewelry! Always free shipping is one of the things I really appreciate!

Garbage This people make my business look very bad my store almost was reported with the BBB because they got charge of a product that it took 5 months to received not good for business not recommended

I am a little discourage with the timeframe on the shipping my products. When my customer completed their order there was message regarding the due to COVID-19 shipping may take up to 6 weeks to get their order. I am hoping my customers won't get discourage over the long process to get their order. I have to say so far the process of designing and getting my product up and ready is great!

Forget it, they're always running behind even before COVID-19 hit. And now it's just silly. They literally disabled their DTG and Print Services. No heads up just have to find it when you get an order and then their chat says "it's on our blog" GTF out of here.

Looking forward for long-term collaboration. Nice products, good prices. But a big advantage will be more all-over printed apparel. Anyway 5 ***** for professionalism.

Love this app! You design the product and they print and ship it for you worldwide. The products they have include: shirts, hoodies, cups, pants, jackets and more! You gotta try it out. You can even hire their team and have them design something for you and have professional photos taken of your product.

Everything is disabled, and cant upload new products. Not good for a new store that are just getting started.

This app has .been very useful as a tool while building my store using Shopify. It makes everything much easier for me with its step by step instruction.

One of the things that I love best about Printful is their product selection. The prices for shipping (which are most POD companies' Achilles Heel) is decent. They're struggling to fulfill orders in a timely manner with everything that's going on right now, but I'll give them a pass this time for it. They are also opening up a warehouse in Canada which should help offset some international shipping costs.

its OK, they need more advance embroidery machines that can do more complex designs, they deserve a chance. The alternatives provided for some options do not really provide an alternative with the limited colour selection.

Seriously, stop blaming Covid for your failures. Enough is enough. Orders from May 25 are still NOT shipped, while orders from Jun 3 are already in process. Makes no sense. It's NOT Covid, it's poor management, pure and simple.

Printful, you guys are awesome, fantastic, superb, amazing, marvelous, prodigious, and just absolutely wonderful! We are so glad to have you as a part of our family! We couldn't do it without you! it's my first time working with both apps and so easy to use no headache to upload the products, and easy to connect both apps , few clicks only i like it

Very long delays, no follow-up when asking about status of orders, poor customer service with generic copy paste answers, delivery dates changes constantly, more than 6 weeks to produce an item and shipping can be another 4 weeks, high cost with overcharging on taxes. Really poor experience. There are many better out there.
