My experience has been good so far. There was a problem with this app and the theme of my choice, but I received supports from a support agent within minutes and solved it. Recommending app for pre-order stuff.

Very convenient for products we have yet to release. Setup was easy but there was an issue because we use a custom theme. Luckily support was very quick to help fix the problem. Highly recommend this app.

I have just been on the chat facility with Eva who, I must say was exemplary, She was extremely helpful and sorted out the problems that I had encountered even though it was my own mistake. She is a credit to the Customer Service Team and although it is too early to comment on the app, I feel sure that, should I have have any problems in the future, they will have it sorted out fast and in an efficient manner. Had an issue with the app not working with my theme. I typically would have deleted the app and tried a different one, but their customer support worked quick to get it resolved in minimal time.

Had some issues as i'm using a custom theme. Contacted the dev for help via chat and they were able to immediately identify the issue and fix it for me, it's now working!!
