Set was very simple and straight forward which I loved. The page that they create for pre-orders look amazing... though I do think they need to rephrase the options for you to choose when your product has a pre order button. but other than that it seem fine. I will update after testing payment

Given a 5 star very nice app and perfectly fits into my requirement but alas couldn't use because it does not support ajax API and support only Form post since I bought the theme from Envato and not using Shopify theme. Due to this the Pre Order tag is not flowing back to my order list.

At first, I was struggling with setting up, but their live chat function helped me work it out in less than 5 minutes! An excellent app that works great with my theme, no problem, and fantastic customer service too! It is also very easy to navigate even if you start off confused. Shout out to Eva Greene for the fantastic support!
