SIMPLE APP, i like the 30 day window they give and the monthly rate (reasonable). I was able to easily install it but i was only given the single product adjustment for "pre-order". So i contacted 'customer service and not only was MS. Greene on point with adding all my products at once, she was fast responding. She also made sure i was updated in a matter of minutes, plus gave me the option after everything to cut off the app when i'm done ...I said DAAANG MS, GREENE. Das what you call customer service! I am very confidant in this app and sure that this company will only get better....so check it out!

I used this app to set up a fixed term pre-order, with a dispatch date of product in mind. Message chat was very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had which made it easier to use.

Works well, and a much better price than the other apps! I'd love it if it reminded people at the cart that their items are preorder and showed the date again, because people always seem to forget they've preordered!

Installed and 2 mins later had a pre-order setup and ready. For the product I'm going to use this one the $4.99 a month will be worth it.

Amazing app! Got an order within minutes of installing which could have been a lost sale! So thankful for Eva for helping me until 2am my time to figure out a couple bugs, but such an amazing app!

I spent hours trying to figure out to code backorder notifications into the website myself and this app has it up and running nearly instantly. The support got back to me in less than five minutes with further customization upon request. Assuming it works as well as it seems to, I'm impressed!

I highly recommend using this app for your store, it is very easy to understand and quick to setup!

I was looking for a very simple app that would allow me to show when an item's variant would be "made to order" and take 3 weeks to ship verses being in stock. I tried several other apps and this one seemed to be the most straight forward. I was able to customize the button and a note next to it when the piece would have to be manufactured. Their customer support was also very helpful

Great support , i had another preorder app but uninstalled it to use this, 1000% recommended , Thanks guys

Great app, easy to install, very functional with all the features you need to sell pre orders. Besides a great product, their best feature is their customer service team, they are simply amazing, fast, technical and selfless enough to help me with a problem in my theme that had nothing to do with their app. You can be sure that behind the screen there are real people that will do their best to deliver a top product. Super recommended!!!

Great so far. Just tried the demo, onboarding was super easy and the flow on the app is great! Yet to test some functionalities like partial payment, but so far so good. really impressed.
