I only just installed the app and was not seeing the Add to Cart change to Pre-Order. I was able to use the chat and receive help to fix it right away. I had tried to use chat a couple nights ago with no response, so was glad to receive a response so quickly as I preferred to use this app for ease of use for my needs.
