I only just installed the app and was not seeing the Add to Cart change to Pre-Order. I was able to use the chat and receive help to fix it right away. I had tried to use chat a couple nights ago with no response, so was glad to receive a response so quickly as I preferred to use this app for ease of use for my needs.

I have installed PreOrder Now PreSale Wolf with www.myeventdecor.com.au, www.brightonhousedecor.com.au and www.palatableteatowels.com.au. I wish I had discovered this preorder app sooner. I'd recommend it to anyone

Simple app, but it seems to work well! It didn't work when I first installed it, but I contacted their support and they answered quickly. They said they had to make a "very small tweak" to get it to work on my site. Not sure what the problem was, but it seems to be working alright now.
