Alina was really helpful when I had some difficulties. The response time was super quick and so far I am loving the app.

I just started setting and the support was incredible quick and helpful. It's exactly the functionality I needed so I believe it will be a great addition to my shop!

I literally installed and configured the first product in 10 minutes. Within half an hour I already had the first pre-order and it started to rain from there. Excellent! There are some types in the dummie texts, check everything before launching. I can't configure the checkout tag either but everything else is okay.

App works great - use it regularly to pre-sell our products. Awesome support - had an issue so I contacted the help day and Zach got me all sorted out the same day. Would recommend.

Any help and assistance i needed was met with a swift response. Customer service was easy to reach and communicate with. App is easy and straight forward to use.

Really good customer service. They are very helpful. I barely sent a request for help, and they fixed it right away. I highly recommend this app.

I tested it out and while it might have worked for some there were some fundamental challenges with email that had me cancel my trial. 1.) All pre-order emails come from pre-order now's email and not your company's email, this was not a professional finish for me. 2.) All confirmation emails do not allow you to add a picture of your logo at minimum to the email. Otherwise customer service was very helpful and tried to help me navigate. I also realized after the fact that I could only use the free version of preorders on one product.

Early support is effective for onboarding. We've had issues since in terms of Products showing as Enabled for Pre Order - but no Pre Order functionality. As with most 3rd party Apps, these guys are intent on sending Articles designed to fix problems instead of offering genuine service. It's only when you advise of cancellation that you get some movement. Kudos to the first App that actually supports their product and offers genuine value for money - they are thin on the ground. Pleasingly the glitch in their platform that was causing the failure has now been fixed and we are once again operational

This is an app that you can't do without. It saves so much trouble by telling your customers what they can expect on shipping for out-of-stock items or items that will be shipping soon. Alina helped me out big time. I had an issue with the app and she fixed it in the coding for us at 8 pm!! Unbelievable support I would recommend this to anyone for preorders. She saved the day and I couldn't be more thankful.

Highly recommend this app for any pre-order items for your store. Was having trouble figuring it out myself, emailed for help and got a response within the hour!

Works great. I love that it integrates buttons on the home page and collection pages to show that the item is on preorder. Highly recommend.
