This app was a life saver app for me. I needed 3 kind of selling techniques so 3 categories for my products: Category #1 only for a certain period of time (seasonal collection), Category #2: products that can go out of stock (current collection) and Category #3 for a launch of a new product. I wasn't sure how to set up these as efficiently as possible so I contacted the support and Robert explained everything step by step. It saved me so much time and not to mention the increase of revenue I will get from allowing customers to still order out of stock products by the time I receive my new inventory. The app is very intuitive and I contacted the support only because I didn't want to waste any time and ask what was the best way to set up my 3 categories as quickly as possible. The answer was super fast. I bought another app form this company "Wholesale Now" and same thing, excellent app, very intuitive and the support is amazing. Yes the app might be a bit more pricey but "my peace of mind" is priceless and this is what I have with these 2 apps.

Works as advertised! Great app to pre-launch your first product! I used it to pre-launch my DaVinci Resolve course, and it worked like a charm!

Horrible experience. I had initiated a back order sale on my website with this app. The app automatically applied the XS size for my customers order even when the customer was trying to check out with a different size. I had over 800 orders and 200 emails from customers with issues. Who knows how many customers didn't end up emailing me , but still had an issue with their order. An absolute nightmare and not worth the trouble.

It was great to get to try a free version of this app before committing to it. It took minutes to set up and I've had no issues at all! We got a pre-order almost instantly on our new product. Would highly recommend using it.

This app is amazing. I love how it lists on the invoice that the item is a pre-order so customers know. Also gives a warning message when people add pre-order items in cart with in stock items suggesting they order separately to avoiding waiting. So glad I got this app. I used to just write in the discription that it was a pre-order but people don't read the details like they should. now I get less questions. Just started using the Pre-order email confirmation and so far so good. This app keeps getting better.

I tried this app first but it wasn't working properly in my theme. So, I tried a couple other similar applications and found them to be severely lacking in comparison, so i decided to give pre-order another shot. I emailed the pre-order support team and they gave me the support i needed to solve my issue, and now it works really well.

I looked into Pre-Order Manager but it was not intuitive and I couldn't figure out how to enable one product. Pre-order Now has a checklist when you install it so you can see what you're supposed to do next. But for newbies like me be sure to go into your product on Shopify and set your inventory to zero and select the box that enables you to sell even when out of stock. Then go back to the app, click on product, enable a product or all products and then click on the red ribbon with the plus sign below it to see the details. I didn't realize at first that you have to click on the red ribbon. Once you do, you'll understand what to do next. Finally, I had a formatting issue that customer service helped resolve quickly - so that was nice, too! Highly recommend.

We used this app to allow our store to put items on pre-order. This app was very easy to use and did exactly what I needed it to. We ran into a coding issue that was effecting our website functionality after install and usage of the app. After reaching out to the developers they adjusted and fixed what was necessary very quickly (and that was even over the holidays!). Thank you guys for this app and your assistance.

I just installed it and implementing it was a breeze. The directions are easy to understand and follow and my products are labeled pre-order better than I imagined.

Works great, though collection page button feature is not compatible with the theme we use(Empire), which is a major drawback for us.
