I utilized this app to import the Pre-Order feature on my site and I'm sure glad that I did. When I didn't know exactly what I was doing, the merchant helped me out tremendously by making sure everything ran smoothly as far as Pre-Orders go. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to incorporate Pre-Order sales to their site. You will not be disappointed.

It is a really easy app to use, the free plan is better than others offered by similar apps as allow you to have 10 free pre-orders when others normally just offer 1. Also the customer support responses quickly and provide customised features according to your shopify theme, it was really helpful! Very happy about the app definitely recommend it!.

5 stars! Support was super helpful and answered questions in a very short period of time. I tried four similar apps in total and was not happy with customer support that was never available. The Timesact guys actually answer questions like real human beings, instead of sitting behind a chat bot that never gets back to you. As long as I have pre-order items in my merch store, I will continue to use this app, and look forward to the additional features they will be adding in the future.

Works as advertised for pre-ordering on our site. We had a direct link to purchase from a collection page and the pre-order button had a glitch where it wasn't replacing the standard add-to-cart button. They said it wasn't designed for a collection page but made a fix that worked within a day. Great service.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. It took me just a few minutes to set up, very easy to customise the badges to fit with my web theme. The pricing structure is very fair. I looked into similar apps but they were expensive and had fewer options than this one. Support has been very responsive. Would highly recommend this app!
