We have just added this app a few days ago, and as I am brand new to it, I've had to reach out to the support team quite often. Each time my inquiries were addressed thoroughly and followed up promptly if they had to be escalated. All in all, it has been such a pleasant experience working with their tech team. I'm totally new to running an ecommerce business and have been struggling to get enough product made and photographed to allow me to launch our site. Then, I realized there was particular interest in one product we make and that setting up a "pre-order" might be a great way to launch our brand in a limited way - but having never done it before, I was unsure how to proceed. This app made it simple and seamless and the orders are flowing in without any problems. I'm thrilled.

Fantastic, easy to use app. The Guided Setup Call is invaluable when setting up pre-order products and email automation. In my zoom with Rommel, he walked me through all of these steps and more. I highly recommend Timesact and the team. If I could give 10 stars for support, I would.

I just started using this app and it is good so far. The best part is the free one-on-one demo that they provide. I had Jolo and he was so patient and great. He answered all of my questions in a clear and concise way!

Really like this app and the team behind it. Easy and intuitive to use, setup took very little time. The support was also fantastic, the team helped speed up the load time plus they adjusted the layout of the pre-order button & supporting wording really quickly to better fit my site. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service

I had a incredibly helpful set up meeting! Everything was very clearly explained. I haven't started selling on the app yet but it seems straightforward and easy to use. The only negative is that the Pre-Sale button takes about one second to appear on the site so the shop buttons is visible when opening the page.
