I have only used the app for one day, but the customer service and the initial free call were great. I was able to ask every question and received quick help to make the app work better in my store.

I'm still learning the app, but I can see how impactful it will be for increasing sales and also for making our current customers' lives so much easier! The in-person walk through with Jolo - was amazing! No one does in-person anymore, so this added touch goes along way toward increasing my confidence in using the app as well as leaving me with a very positive feeling about Preorder. I can't wait to dig in and start implementing!

The app works as advertised, I would give it 3 or 4 stars just for that. I gave it 5 stars due to great customer support especially during onboarding. The developers on the guided set up call are great in showing you how to get the most out of the app. We now use this app to communicate with customers when items are going to arrive back in stock and allow them to place orders beforehand.
