Said to start chat for an instant reply. This didn't happen. Can't read the input fields as they are white text. Difficult to setup as requires quite a lot of optimisation. Also, I changed the email address from which customers would receive the emails (attempted several times), it said I would need to verify my email address and nothing arrived (even in spam). I do not recommend!

i've tried most of the back in stock app in shopify app store. restock rocket is what i most recommended. The UI is clean and fit any website. It's functions are what u might get on all other similar apps. And it's cheap. great app, great support.

Very good app, easy to use. The developer was excellent, very helpful. I would recommend this app to anyone. It would be great if the removal of branding was free but other than that, no complaints.

This is the exact app that I was looking for for Back in Stock alerting. We are just launching our store and wanted to ensure that we had a capable solution for this since we won't be keeping a lot of inventory until we start building our customer base. Ensuring that we can close every sell will be critical for us. I tried many other back in stock apps. I didn't find one that allowed for notification buttons on the home page, collection pages and product pages that wasn't expensive. The support was amazing. My chat request was answered very quickly and patiently answered my questions and made the changes that I requested quickly. Highly recommend this app.

so far this app is great. I am only using this one over the other options because they are reasonably priced. I love that they have a feature where I can see what items customers are waiting for so I can prioritize ordering items that people are waiting on. This app would be even better if it also worked when there is say 3 in stock of an item but the customer attempts to add 4 or more to their cart.

The application is easy to learn and adapts very well to our needs. Very reactive and educational support in case of need

What is ideal about this app is having both SMS and Email fields in the same sign-up widget. Thank you Kartik for your support, especially on a Sunday!

A must have APP!! I left writing a review until I could see it working fully, right up to the point of re-stocking/customer contact/customer orders, and it works brilliantly. Within minutes of re-stocking I could see the auto-generated emails being sent to registered customer and on the very same day we had orders off the back of the notifications. So easy to install, and the customer service, however small your query, is how every company should react to customers; helpful, willing and quick.
