This app is fantastic. Within an hour after installation, I had already received several sign ups for back in stock notifications. AMAZING!!! The app has some great features which allows you to customise messages, buttons etc. to fit in with your brand look, feel and tone of voice. I was looking for a more affordable solution than I was using before. What's more affordable than free? This free version didn't come with limitations that hinder the usefulness of the app, like so many others do. Crazy to have an out of stock notification app for free! On top of that, the developer was extremely prompt and responsive to get the app functioning with my custom theme, even on a holiday! The button looks great and blends perfectly with my product pages, and the developer took extra steps to ensure emails could come from our own domains to provide a seamless and consistent branding for our stores. This app will take the burden off of us trying to keep up with notification requests in our email and a spreadsheet and automate notifying our customers who are waiting for a restock - a critical function in these days of supply chain delays and backorders. I am sure we were forgetting some customers when we received stock that had been backordered for an extended time - no longer a problem! Thanks for the extra help getting setup, and quickly!

Customer service was very helpful. Simple to use the app once set up. Doesn't work with every theme, so check with your theme, but it is good.

Frist of all - does exactly as I expect it to with a clean and direct user interface. I had an installation issue and I contacted support and within an hour the problem was solved with great communication from the only developer, Kartik. Great experience!
