This app has lots of bugs. If you fool around some, you can eventually get a popup posted, but there will be lots of problems along the way. And some of them simply because of the app. For example, every second time I tapped on a popup, for some reason text was selected on the popup. I tried this on the following devices: iPhone Xs, iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, Galaxy S9, Galaxy S10, Xiaomi Mi9, MacBook Pro 2012. So this is not an OS problem, or a computing problem. Somehow I managed to get two popups laying on top of one another. Not sure how I did this. After playing with this for a while, I just restored my previous theme and started again. Thank goodness I had saved it prior to trying this app. Then there is this unpublish feature. I have no idea what it means, how it works, or how to enable it. It seems to me that the term unpublish should mean stop throwing the popup. Never figured this out. I tried to delete a popup using the delete selection. It doesn't delete. Rather it says to first unsync. OK. So I unsync and tried again. Didn't work. I then deleted the URL locations for the popup thinking this may be related to the delete. Still didn't work. Then I go back and the UnSync option has reverted back to Synced! I give up! One star. I lose my $3. You shouldn't make the same mistake. If I save one person from this hassle, this review will have been worth my time. I had a second marketing app installed from a few days ago and noted that they had an option to post popups also. So I tried with that app. Got everything working inside of 30 minutes. The results are clean. I'm not going to post the name lest someone think I am only trying to promote the other product. UPDATE: The developer posted a response to my review, and I was offered the opportunity to make additional comments. These are my comments. I'm sure there are explanations for everything I mentioned. It took the developer 500 words and multiple paragraphs to offer some explanations, which is exactly my point. The app is not intuitive. Delete doesn't always mean delete. Unsync doesn't always mean Unsync. So on and so on. Modern software needs to be intuitive. Nobody wants to study a user manual and chat online to learn a piece of software that costs $3.

The worst of worst! Not helping at all, poor performance, ugly design and really limit functions! Don't buy, only when you want to waste your money.

This app was easy to use. I just installed it so I will see how well it works for my site. If does well I'll upgrade.

I just added the free version to my store. Easy to customize and looks great. Will upgrade to paid version if it works well for a month.

I really enjoyed the easy setup process. The free version allowed lots of customization - which is quite handy! Made the pop-up banner in less than 10 mins. No fuzz. SUPER GOOD

The free plan allow almost nothing. I also tried other app from the same dev. , specifically the one to bulid "FORMS" and it is advertised as ok with Shopify POS, but it's not. I don't like this.

So far I think it is really cool and easy to create and form to my liking. I am excited to use the app.

I used this app to add a sign up discount code. It was easy to use unlike a few other apps I found. I liked that it was appealing to the eye and looked professional.

Easy to use, and allowed to capture the contact info for customers. The different options allow you to gain the information needed to fit your needs.

Simple to use like for fully customizable app! You can upgrade to unlock more options but this basic one is enough for people who just start e-commerce.

Very easy to use. I loved the Smart Design, though it's still beta. It allowed to me to create a popup window that matched my store in a blink of an eye !

VERY USER FRIENDLY!

Basically useless unless you pay $10 a month. Wish I knew that before wasting my time with the free version. On the free version you can only make it trigger immediately when the site is opened.

Our store sells cryptocurrency miners, parts, accessories and everything else required to set up a cryptocurrency mining center, but our main focus is to introduce our visitors to cheap power sources! We use the pop-up to illustrate how our services can make a profit regardless of the price fluctuation in bitcoin. We set up at less than $0.03/ kWh, the least expensive in the world and it's in the USA!

Wanted to create a simple mailing list sign-up pop up for my site, but this app was a mess. Not optimized well: mobile version was huge oversized box with a scroll bar. Desktop version repeatedly appeared blank. Emailed them for help/troubleshooting and received no reply. Deleted app and requested refund for the monthly fee. Developer declined. Bad app, bad customer service.

I'm using this app to get more email subscribers and offer a discount when signing up. It was very easy to setup.

i'm using it to capture customers and potential customers. it was easy to set up and I have not yet seen the results but i do think it will be awesome.

It's a fairly easy to use app and the features seem to be improving over time. I'm not crazy about the 100 character minimum requirement on the review though!
