Just downloaded, seems very smooth and easy to use. My only complaint is that i was asked to review the product after only having it installed for maybe 2 minutes. Maybe allow more time to familiarize.

I've only been using POPUP for literally a few minutes (seriously) but it's worked great for me. It's extremely easy & intuitive. I used to have an expensive account to do this same kind of thing on Leadpages...but POPUP is not nearly as pricey (in fact really affordable!) and gets exactly the same job done. So, far I really love it!

This whole company is awesome. Their UI is so easy and it's very intuitive. I love how easy it is to use their apps. Love these guys.

Have used the free version for a couple years and no problem. But wanted to have some of the features in the upgraded version. Right away was clunky to install the new pop-up and get working. Support was next day but not a lot of help. We were using the pop-up for gathering newsletter sign-ups. With the upgrade once an email is entered, the popup caches the IP data and thereafter always displays the success window. So to manually enter sign-ups from ballots etc. it doesn't work. And if a customer accidentally unsubscribes, the work-around is to clear their cache or use an incognito window or sign-up again on another device. Customers will just give up. It's difficult enough to get newsletter sign-ups without this kind of old school coding problems. Can't recommend it.

super easy to use and i have gotten 30 leads in less then a week, The customer service is nice and helpful.

Every single thing about this app is amazing, except for the fact that I cannot automatically upload new email signups to Shopify's native email marketing tool. Instead, I have to manually do exports every so often, and import them into our customer list, being careful not to use duplicates, as they will overwrite existing customer data. If this is fixed, I would absolutely give 5 stars! Aside from the lack of that function, everything else is incredible, and I would definitely recommend this app.

Great App. 10/10 recommend because it is easy to use and has many functions even in the free version. I will be upgrading soon!

I love this app! Makes it so much easier to gather email subscribers! Looks professional too! Although when I made an edit, I noticed it wasn't showing on my store anymore so that's a bit confusing...

Pretty terrible app. It does what many other apps do and it's more expensive. The free plan is good for nothing.

Good range of tools but i get annoyed at any app that leave remnants of code on your website after you have uninstalled. If you want to make apps for shopify learn to remove the code so you don't vandalise sites after you are no longer needed. It is this kind of nonsense that creates slow page times. It's doubly frustrating when every app developer claims their app doesn't slow a site down. Buddy, if you can't uninstall an app properly, i don't trust your opinion on page speed slowing.

The customer service team on this app are a joke! Firstly I did not approve the one-time purchase of 40 something USD, I was unknowingly charged and deleted the app immediately when I realised it wasn't going to need it. When I got a chance to check my Shopify bill, I reached out to the team. I was 3 days outside their refund window and they would not refund me for the purchase. JOKE.

This app has a decent free version. II is helpful to remind my customers to join my newsletter and keep up to date with my business.

After spending 3 hours trying to make my popup decent on my website I gave up. If you have a long scrolling homepage like 95% of people, then no matter if you choose a middle screen or bottom right pop up, it will never be displayed correctly. (basically it is displayed at the bottom right of your PAGE and not your SCREEN), the pop up is not "sticky". Therefore on a long scrolling home page it doesn't make any sense... Anyway, I finally gave up, uninstalled few hours later the same day, and despite asking for a refund, I still got charged for a MONTHLY fee, (for 3 hours of usage without even being to get the app to work). Thanks for the scam. Cheers

Super easy to use, just what we needed! The free plan had all the basic functions we needed, but it's really feature rich to enhance your business with the upgrade!
