Awesome handy app! Makes creating multiple forms a breeze. Also the staff are super helpful!! My first time using the app I purchased the wrong package, upon notifying the staff they refunded the purchase so I could purchase the correct package. 10/10 app and service!

Useless eCommerce plugin. The sales price calculation isn't working as it should be in the eCommerce business. The app is adding the sales price to the option price instead of replacing the sales price with the option price. The features are very minimal. Good idea but needs a lot of improvements

We have been using form builder for 6 months now for our custom and wholesale inquiries. The Mailchimp integration has been a great feature, and the zero coding implementation is much appreciated :)

Very sad we needed an app to supply forms for each product on our page with 300 plus pages on our site this app when it works is fine but trying to change anything is hopeless it jambs with the frozen Death Screen for ages when you are trying to edit multiple forms I cannot recommend it sorry nice guys but not up to it typically it will not accept a zero rating review so I am reluctantly adding a single star
