I am not really satisfied with this app because the code they tell you to (paste) in the page your using to create the form is not discrete. it pops out! before the form loads onto the page and is visible for a whole 4 second split. making it look unprofessional, also if you want to place a banner, slideshow, image, or video above the form like at the top in my situation it doesn't let you. Im not code savvy and thought this would clear out that issue but it doesn't you can only place an image in the page container where you place the descripition making it low and if always goes under the form never above like i want it to, It's useless cause shopify already offers that. Also you'd think with the upgraded verision for css and js you'd be getting cool background drops for the form or a logo upload above the form, but no! all you get is gradient and those little squiggle lines, swirls, and pyrimid looking outlines in the background. I would of been happy with just being able to place a BANNER! OR FULL STRIPE above the form but not even that. also they promote a lower price than the one scratched off above it but really thats the price they charge you. The plane i chose said for 9.99 but they charged me 11.99! for nothing i wish i could get my money back.

Haven't had much experience with it yet but so far the app is pretty straightforward and easy to use.

Came across a 'problem' (being a newbie), so asked for help from support, and got pointed in the right direction straight away. Oh, the 'problem' turned out to be I didn't know where to look. LOL 100% greatness displayed by Powr. Everything that can be hoped for from a 'support service' was delivered quickly. Now I aim to turn to Powr to make much use of their Apps over the coming months

I was searching for a form building app for my company for a while. Thank god I found this one. They do a great job of making the interface easy for users to navigate and create. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs a form for anything on their website.

After looking through the App Store for a survey app, Form Builder was the easiest solution compared to the others I installed and tried out. It had all of the functionality that I needed and made building my form so simple, with great customization abilities. If this app could get any better, I would prefer to pay a one time charge per form rather then being billed ongoing for hosting a survey on my site, and sometimes when I do a test run on the survey page, it runs slow to load which I worry will detour interested people. That aside, all is great and this is the app I would recommend as the best choice for Shopify and surveys!!

It's a little tricky to navigate at first, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty simple and effective. The price is also fair - free for the first 25 submissions using your form and inexpensive after the fact, for what it does.

I totally love this freaking app. Didn't even have to ask me to write a review. It's so easy to use and exactly what I was looking for. I have used it already to create a killer About Us page, contact us page, and also a news feed which should help bring more traffic. Like, I said, I was looking for something like this to add more content to my pages. I was concern that the added script HTML coding would affect the upload speed of my pages, but so far I have not noticed that after performing a google sped test. Form Builder is very easy to use and has helped to organize some of our incoming information quite a bit.

Great tool. We've used it after launching our store to grow our subscriber list super fast through a few giveaways. It has worked like a charm. Some people say it loads slow. It does a bit. However if you fashion your landing pages with some info for the visitor to read first, this give the app time to load before they scroll to see the form. Not a big deal to us at all!
