I use this app for Contact Us Form. Apparently there are many things I can do with it, but I don't find it user friendly or intuitive. However the service I received from Mithsou was very good as he found a problem and fixed it. Thank you!

One thing we can say about POWR is that they care about their clients and the users experience using the POWR products. We had some issues with our POWR Contact Form and with the help of Richcarde and team they were able to solve it to get our store back up and running! Exceptional service! 5/5!

The app works good for what we need. The customer service agent via chat was very helpful and able to get our form working that was not showing up for customers.

I'm still a small business and I don't get as many messages yet, so this app is great if you're just starting out. You can upgrade once your business picks up! Super easy to use and support is fast in responding to your emails.

The free plan is a complete waste of time. The next tier up offers some functionality - but nothing near what a basic free form plugin would normally offer. So you get funneled upward into an increasingly expensive plan with a very well hidden pathway to cancel. Frustrating and doesn't offer value for money.

Easy to understand and implement. Lots of great features that make your Shopify website work even better.

Their form builder is easy to use and customizable. One of my forms wasn't working. I had an issue with attaching the code to my site. Reached out to support and they helped resolve this immediately.

Very helpful for creating forms. The templates are well-designed and there are plenty of options for anything you need. They also have great support!

App works great and support was quick, professional and solved the issue right away! Would highly recommend!

Had an issue with the form plugin appearing on our Shopify site and couldn't resolve the issue from various FAQs and online troubleshooting, so contacted POWR support and received a message and the resolution within 1 business day. This form is easy to adapt to create lots of other forms! Tech support response was quick and accurate. July 20, 2023 Chat was ENORMOUSLY helpful. This form creator serves many purposes for us and Chat is there to help us get the best use.

Very straightforward app that is easy to navigate and customize for each company/brand need. The customer service team is also very helpful and quick with resolutions towards any concerns regarding your account. I highly recommend this to any Customer Service Coordinators and companies!

I installed Powr Form Builder to my stall and it's a great app, it is completely customizable, it will even send out an automated email that you can adjust so it says whatever you want. I had a bit of trouble with this part so I used their live chat feature and spoke with Richcarde and he was able to help me out. I would definitley recommended this app!

They're SCAMMERS! It was working fine but then the form is crashed and the supports isnot responding DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY At the start they were good but now,They'll just steal your money ***Here's my reply to your reply****: -It's not internet provider issue as i have more than 30 customers who escalated this. -You didn't inform me that you escalated the issue to your dev team. -I asked for updates after 48 hours and your reply was (It's working fine for us !!!!). -You asked me to remove my review in order to refund me!!!! .. i won't remove the review before receiving the refund
