Exactly what I was looking for and easy to use!

DO NOT USE THIS APP! The main thing I look for in an app is customer support. These guys are slow to respond and there are many better form builder apps at there just do your research. Also, I deleted the app within an hour and they still charged me a month later and did not refund me and stated "it is in there refund policy." Terrible Service

This app is super easy to use and edit!

My purpose was to make a simple form (name and email with a submit button directing the visitor to a dedicated landing page. I first tried with Wufoo and then Typform and wasted more than half/day before giving up getting a decent-looking form. So I tried Shopify apps: Form Builder from AAAECommerce contrary to what they claim is not allowing buttons that direct the visitor to a designated web page Form Builder from Expert Village was even worse I also tried Powerful Form Builder and abandoned it even more quickly. But I eventually tried Form Builder from POWr.io and this was a 10 min job to get my form up and running. My only reservations: - not possible to adjust the size of the frame hosting the form (reduce the margins) - not possible to get 2 submit buttons (Yes => go to one page, No => go to another page)

Fantastic, even the free plan has incredible functionality. Love it!

Really nicely made app, worth the money IMHO. I use it with Zapier integration and it works as expected. Only thing - I´m still asked to give a review every time I save the form, though I already did. :)

Even after opting for paid subscription the form still displays their advertisement at bottom. The ticket has been created on this but no response has come. Its been more than 24 hours. Worst support.

I use this app occasionally when I need to make a giveaway on my site. Makes it easy to capture contestants' emails. Really useful for me!
