I really like this plug-in and it really helped me get the job done fast. Only one complaint: I wish I could re-arrange some elements (left/right) rather than just everything stacking up on top of each other

Great app and easy to use. Am able to interact with my customer in so many different ways from photo submissions, contests, and design ratings.

I am using this app to collect submissions for my fundraising program, The Lu And Ed Lunch Program, to collect nominations to donate proceeds to. I will also be using it to create polls to vote for the next school from the submissions to donate to! Great app!

This app all in all is pretty robust. Its modular format makes it very user friendly, and I appreciate the customizability of it. My only complaint is that it can feel bulky if you're adding conditions to certain aspects as there is no way to actively group items together. Also I've noticed some minor glitches when creating duplicates where the edit page for an item just won't show up.

This app is the best of its kind. I found before this apps that did half of what this app does, and not for free. So lucky I found this! Keep up the great work!

I think this is a must-have app for all startups not only because it is free but it is very straightforward and easy to use and your ability to build custom forms that suit your need.

Great app and easy to use! Just wish there was a little more customisation available with the design options.

i used this app to help me create a contact form and it worked wonderfully. It was even better than many of the other apps i've tried to use.

I used the app to collect registration information at the time of paying fees. I really like how the forms data can automatically sync to Google Docs.

I honestly like this app. It has a lot of features like multi-step, conditional logic and custom email templates which is pretty useful when creating a form. It can improve though by creating an HTML text element and maybe text header elements. Thank you!

Very user friendly. Easily created a form that is useful for my website. Would definitely recommend to my friends

best form builder i've found. gives us the ability to do things with our business that we couldn't otherwise.

It still need some more additional features but so far so good.I like this for what I need. I use cognito and I may be able to do everything from this app now

Fantastic app, and as far as im aware, the only one that says its free and actually is free. Alot of funtions out of the box. Wished it was easier to change the default text for submit button. Would also been nice to be able to add more reception detail fields and have them made obligated or optional. Shortcode to be able to add the form anywhere wished.
