Wow, what a great App I am a new Shopify user and have looked at many Apps. This is brilliant, easy to use and I can't recommend it enough

Very easy to use. High quality and lots of options including adding images, outputting to google docs to save responses from form and confirmation emails to myself and person filling out the form. Highly recommend.

Made my first form and was pleasantly surprised! The free version gives me a ton of options and works with my current updated version of iOS (others did not). Truly easy to use and looks great! Fully customizable! Great job!

I'm using Form Builder as an email opt-in and so far I like it. Compared it to Mailchimp's "FREE" app and Form Builder is more versatile. Still not sure why it doesn't integrate with Shopify's customer listings or even if it is supposed to, but I'm working around it by creating separate lists locally.

The integrations make this for a game changer for automation! I use it for all of my businesses and so should you!

Easy peasy, plenty of options and integrations with renowned mailing tools. Reccomended. I have created an expanded contact form for my site and it worked fine.

This app is BAD ASS!!! So easy to use, it helped spruce up my website!!!!! Use this app to add cool features and make your website more legit looking.

Customizable and easy to use. It would be nice to know the css markup that is already in place so it can be easier to add css of your own. I ended up inspecting the element when I was testing it out, which did the trick.

Installed this app for the auto-responder, but am really tickled with all the additional possibilities. Have not needed to contact support so far, as the setup is very user-friendly :)

Easy to use, practical, a must have for every site. The contact form resulted is having a professional look. The edit after creating the form is not complete, I could not change the position on the page.
