Excellent customer support, provided in timely manner!

This app is GREAT for what we are using it for (event registration as well as permissions). My only wish is that somehow you could work with Shopify to allow a payment button. A two-step process is not the best presentation for our participants. I really appreciate how quickly support responds to questions and how effective they are in finding a solution.

The POWR Form Builder app has enabled us to update our contact form so that we can answer customers' queries quickly and efficiently. A great app so far, and it's great there's a free plan too.

Have used Powr forms across numerous Shopify sites for basic contact forms to more complicated surveys and application forms. It offers all the flexibility and functionality we've required and is always reliable.

I have been using this app for many years and have not found anything close to it that works as well and has the integrations with outside apps like Google Sheets, Zapier, etc. Had an issue and Luiz was quick to help and solve my issue.

It's a solid app with a really intuitive UI. I had a slight problem setting it up for the first time, but I got an email back from Richcarde M, and they had me up and running within the hour.

Now that it is working correctly, and I receive the client submissions it meets my needs for my business.

POWR has been such a great app to work with. Creating forms is extremely easy and any time I need help I'm able to use the Live Chat function. The team is very responsive and have been able to help with all of my questions/issues. Highly recommend!

I am new to this website development environment. I have been a software engineer for 20+ years, now retired, and have been asked to take over supporting this website. I had a problem getting a parade entry application form to display for this year’s parade. It had worked last year but not this year. Arlyne was great in helping me identify the cause of the problem, which turned out to be an expired date issue. After resetting the expiration date and having Arlyne take a look at the settings, the application form is once again displaying properly.
