Super easy to use in terms of customization and very user friendly in terms of ease of website integration.

A great app - very useful! I used it for a price quote request on our site, and it works like a charm! Only thing is that it takes a little time to load the site for the form to show - but otherwise it´s very userfriendly!

It was fairly easy to create and install. The only thing I'm not happy about is that is that it is very slow and when someone goes to my page, you see the code for a second and then the form appears and the code is below the form. It looks unprofessional so I'm trying something else

this app provides Very Nice and responsive design forms for a website. I liked it very much. Its integration also very easy . if you have no coding experience still you can edit and make a form with the help of this app.

Easy to use and templates are ready to go already which made it so much easier! The first template was glitching though, but I think it may have been my connection.

El motivo de instalar esta app ha sido únicamente tener un form contactar que gratuitamente se sincronice con Mailchimp. Tras días analizándolo he visto que su carga era muy lenta y que en muchos casos ni siquiera carga, de manera que el usuario accede a la página contactar y se encuentra que no hay formulario... Tras hablarlo con soporte veo que simplemente NO es la solución idónea por lo que me paso a Wufoo aunque tenga que pagar (ya lo había hecho durante muchos años). Con Wufoo perfecto. Entiendo que esta app puede ser buena para muchas otras cosas es por lo que le doy una valoración media en lugar de mala.

OVER CHARGING ISSUE! BE AWARE!! I installed this app on 3 stores, and after the trial period, I went ahead and upgraded the plan in one of the stores. Instead, they charged me the upgrade in 2 stores out of the 3. When contacted the customer service after 2 min it happened to tell them about the issue, they said they can't return the money they took with no permission, and they can only cancel future payments. Since then a week past no reply

CHARGING WITH NO PERMISSION! I installed this app on 3 of my Shopify stores. When the trial period ended, I decided to upgrade the plan on one of the stores. What happend is they charged me on 2 of them. When noticed, same Min I contacted customer service which said they can't do anything and I won't get my payment back. I literally told them the story less than 1 min after it happened. They are scammers, with terrible customer service. Stay away
