The App is great and easy to use. We can re-write every fields. The only thing is that the form is very slow to upload on my website...

I love this app. I created for a booking form and it was so easy to use. I love that the app automatically installed it for me without the need to input a embedded code.

The app is great, however, it had one issue that made us spend a lot of time fixing it. Which shouldn't had happened in the first place.

I used this app to create a custom order form. This app made it really easy and fast. It even automatically uploaded it for me, no need to copy code.

Easy to use, but slow to load on our site. Not sure if it's just because it's external, or due to the transitions, but we've had a few customers that complain there is no form on the page.

The app was working perfectly fine for a long time. One day however, I noticed that I was missing more than thirty submissions. I went back and forth with several representatives who were staying in touch relatively well. At one point they told me that I had found a bug and that the issue had an estimated two week timeline for a fix. Are you kidding me? I am hosting events for hundreds of people. The data that was lost is critical to event coordinating efforts. When I politely asked for more assistance with retrieving the data, they stopped responding altogether. This is insane. Beware.

First I had a little bit of problems with their customer support but then everything was fixed and they ended up being very helpful and kind! I recommend this app because they want to progress and upgrade themselves by asking us, the users of their app how to do it and what our needs are. Also one advice from me: Don't forget always to read the policies for every app, at least a brief overview, so you are aware of them. Wish you good luck and don't stop upgrading yourselves! :)

I am having problems with spacing a basic site design. Form appear to rather hard to control from UI design

We've been using this for several months now with no issues at all. We have multiple shopify sites and all of them use the Form Builder. It also connects nicely with our CRM via Zapier.

Works absolutely perfect! Created custom forms with ease, and was able to customize them! One of the best apps for my store without any questions. A+++++

Resume: Very bad I don't recommend this app because of the quality and support that POWr provides. The loading speed of the form is 10-15 seconds. This not appropriate when you are having premium version and pay $100+ per year. When I actually recognize that the app is super slow and customer support is not going to solve our problem, I have tried to apply for a refund of annual subscription but POWr refused to make a refund after 2 weeks of purchase. Summary: If you want a normal form (with normal page loading speed) and appropriate customer support (that will help you and make a refund if something goes wrong) I recommend you NOT TO USE THIS APP.

We use this app, it gives problems from time to time but it was okay. Now they changed everything. I want to connect to app through my Shopify page, it does not allow me. It does not work at all.
