We were a little confused at first but after we get a hang of it, it help us well and I can say all of you did a wonderful job. Hope we can learn to use this great app to the fullest.

Powr support is always quick to respond with knowledgeable answers. We have also received follow up phone calls regarding our issue(s). I would definitely recommend their apps!

At the begining it looked great and that is why i paid the plan, because i needed a contact form where my clients could add their images for quotation. After using it a few months i found that i wasn't receiving messages thru it and decided to cancel my subscription because i had to restructure my budget, so i did it directly with them coz Shopify sends you there to cancel. Even so, they charged me through Shopify the following month. I had read in comments that they make charges even after canceling and I still ventured to try it, but the truth was that I was totally disappointed, apart from being difficult to use and not meeting expectations, they still charged me after canceling with a month in advance. Terrible App. If you need to stop paying just go to the panel in Shopify and unistall the app, that will save you the trouble as they won't answer the mails, that will save you from a new payment next month.

What a bad app, u can't even contact the support team, due to no one will answer you, since 3 days I'm sending them inquiries with no luck, also be careful, if you use the app on ur website, the pages will load very slow and they will never answer u to solve this issue!

very easy to install, waiting to use it but at the moment I am really well impressed. I am using the free plan, but the only thing i would have more it's the possibility to insert a logo in the form.

Easy to use, good UX. Simple to create new forms and publish to your website. A lot of element options. Great customer service!

Latest Safari on latest Mac do not show any form we build with powr. Please, test this link at your computer: https://rd.se/pages/lar-dig-flyga To upgrade and use a paid shopify plugin does not help. If it not be solved, we have to try out something else.

Built my custom forms and app was very simple and easy to use. Only issue I have is the form taking a tad bit longer to load on page. However app developer is working on the issue. Great communication and assistance when needed!

Great app to have multiple forms on your website (contact form, polls on the website, etc) with responsive customer service in addition.

it doesn't work. i tried installing it to my products. it doesnt work. i get frustrated. i built the form then add it to a particular product. then i refresh the page nothing happened. did this 5 times. I'm annoyed.

The best form builder I found that allowed me to customize, add photo and upload feature. I had been through a lot of apps this was the best and fit my needs.

Even on the free plan they have a nice customer support. They reply quickly and do their best to find a solution that works for both sides.

I bought the PRO version, online customer support does not exist. Installed on shopify, it is very slow to open, impossible to use it. Money thrown away.

I used this to build a Contact Us page. It was easy enough, but the slowness of seeing it on the page is a concern to me.

Very easy set-up! Needed a product registration form that had more flexibility than the "contact" form on Shopify. This looks like it will do it. Will update after using it for a little while. Thanks!
