I have been using postscript a little over a week now and I'm still learning but decided to run my first campaign today. I had some issues with pushing it out due to an error message. I contacted support and got Zev and literally in minutes it was resolved! I am looking forward to working with Postscript in expanding our business! Thank you Zev!

This app is easy to use. It helps me collect customers via email and phone. I like the templates as they are fun and I think customers would like them.

We just recently installed Postscript to engage our customers via SMS, the setup has been smooth so far and their customer support team is quick to respond and provides answers that resolve our problems.

I am using the app for text marketing. My welcome and abandoned cart emails were extremely easy to set-up. Our list is growing daily. Also getting my questions answered on "chat" has been so easy. I highly recommend the app.

The postscript team have been super helpful and quick to respond when working through the SMS set up process for us at Ugly Drinks. The app itself integrates with our tech stack - recharge, klaviyo, gorgias amongst others. This has been amazingly helpful at getting it off the ground quickly. I'm always hesitant about apps rated a full 5.0 stars, but now I can see why. Their customer service is amazing, and they really try to help you out whenever you need it. From a ROI perspective, their app has saved me so much money compared to the other apps, and the cherry on top is that this POSTSCRIPT has given back incredible return. Absolutely recommend it. Just downloaded this app and I have seen great response from the sign up campaign. My customers are super excited about it. I had a little issue that I couldn't figure out and the support team were amazing and super responsive.
