I've been using Postscript for about 9 months now and it's the best solution for text message marketing. Onboarding is simple and straightforward, the UI is friendly and overall you'll see results pretty instantly. Make sure to set up an abandoned cart sequence and of course a welcome series (put your keyword on your social media for a big boost your bottom line). We recently needed to integrate our Klaviyo opt-in form to Postscript and had some technical issues making sure Klaviyo only handled emails and Postscript only handled texts. I hopped on the live support chat and got it figured out in no time. The Customer Success rep Bryan even tested the opt-in form on his end which was even better. Overall, Postscript is a great product, a great company, and has great people!

I am so impressed by PostScript so far. Setup was so easy and it started generating sales right away. My questions are answered right away, thanks Bryan. I couldn't be happier. I am just sad I had not been using this sooner.

To be honest, I haven't used the app yet as I'm still setting it up. But I have to say that their customer service (Bryan, to be specific) has been incredible.

It's been incredibly easy to implement and manage, and we started generating revenue with it immediately. Whenever we've had a question, their technical support team has been helpful and quick to respond. If you're interested in launching an SMS marketing program, be sure to give Postscript a try!!!

We've loved using this app to update customer on new product launches and sales. Our informational content hasn't done as well through this medium, but great for quick reminders. The team is super helpful. Integrates with other apps seamlessly. Definitely recommend!

I have heard great things about this app to help your business grow in text msg marketing. I am super new at this, and I reached out to their support team, and let me tell you, they are amazing. They made a personalized video step by step to answer my questions. I have never experienced that in customer service before. I do not doubt they genuinely care about their customers.
