One thing that's been bugging a D2C brand like us for way too long, is the return and exchange game. Having been on the lookout for the perfect return & exchange portal for quite some time, we landed on PostCo. And so happy we did! Where other portals and setups have limits in terms of bundling, currencies, return methods, language etc. PostCo seems to have hit the nail in terms of what a menswear merchant like us need. On top, they have an awesome and super reactive support / tech team, ready to handle your requests and needs. For perspective, PostCo has been teaming up with our WMS to custom build an integration of returns statuses and more. With this work, PostCo has helped cut down operational debt and customer service work by up to 45%!!(!) already a few months after implementing. Where 1 return usually came with 10+ clicks and a bunch of.. creative issues, a return now takes max 4 clicks, and everything just.. works! 10/10, can only recommend!

App is absolutely great and the customer service, Aisyah more specifically, is amazing amazing amazing. We've used other tools in the past but none are as slick as Postco. Would highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Postco!! We just signed up. By the way, I have tested, demo'd many return programs like returnly, aftership, loop, and this is the solution I have chosen in terms of cost effectiveness, and automation, as well as compatibility with gorgias as a help desk. The brand end of Postco is very intuitive and thoughtful, with very simple front end yet POWERFUL features built in on the back end to help you control your returns. Aisyah was beyond helpful in setting up Postco. The software does allow for automatic returns. I definetly recommend the app, and her as a success manager, she went above and beyond! Theres a lot of tweaks I was trying to do on my own, but I learned so much just walking through the set up and fixing things with her.

We've been happy using PostCo 360 for our returns/exchanges so far. It's very user-friendly and customizable on the backend, and the customer side is simple to use and much more attractive than the previous system we were using. The onboarding was very easy, and the PostCo team has always been extremely responsive and helpful any time we've reached with a question or issue. Would definitely recommend!
