JustUno has been a super simple, useful tool for us capture site visitors' emails. Their client service is amazing. Whenever I have a question about the platform, I simply email JustUno. I always get a quick response, and someone who has taken the time to thoroughly answer my question or thoughtfully explain the solution to my problem. This often involves someone at JustUno showing me via a custom video recording or Skype call how to set up a certain promotion within the platform, and/or staging everything for me so all I have to do is double-check that it's correct. They also proactively suggest tips and best practices to enhance our promotions' performance. While sometimes my problems are complicated (like complex rules needed for promotions), the platform is overall fairly simple and easy to use (without prior design or testing experience) - and the customer service 110% fulfills any need that can't be easily met via self-service in the platform.

The possibilities are endless, and we love the ability to customize our popups, and the layers allow us greater control over the design. Great app!

This is great app! easy installation and useful

I worked with several pop up apps and this one gave me BY FAR the greatest capabilities, functionality, design options and statistics reporting (even A/B testing!). There is a slight learning curve when creating custom designs but their support was always available when I needed them - responsive by email, phone (!) and chat. It's everything I need to create pop ups for our newsletter sign up and sales AND I'm still on the FREE plan! Justuno is the most comprehensive and customizable Pop Up app that we've found so far. I'd recommend them to any company that's building an ecommerce site via Shopify.

Most complete and versatile pop up app for Shopify period. I can run all my on-site campaigns through one platform. No need for 4 different apps, this one does it all! You can set up a basic pop up quickly but it also has the functionality to meet the needs of growing and enterprise stores. Incredibly satisfied!

I am still trying with different apps for the abandoned cart recover. I assume it is good cause there are lot of suggested comment to use it.

Justuno has been amazing so far. Their level of templating and customization has been far superior to other options out there. And the customer service is prompt and super helpful. Edit: After months of use, and hundreds of questions, the customer support with Jenna is absolute top-notch. Also, the recent updates (March 2017) are worth every penny. The ability to auto-add a discount code to a Shopify checkout is really great.

I really love this app! The banners are good and look nice on my site. Also, they are easy to set up and don't interfere with other portions of the site. I've even had another biz ask me how I got them!

This tool is absolutely AMAZING. We used it for the launch of a marketing campaign as a video overlay on our website and it looked beautiful. Greatly appreciated the trial, and we will absolutely be back in the future! The builder tool is excellent, very powerful and pretty easy to use. Thanks!

We are very happy with this app especially with their mobile promotions for our online shopping visitors. Customers really engage with them and its a great way to collect new email addresses for potential new customers.

Support for this app is the best I've experienced. The justuno team is very responsive to questions and are helpful to provide tips for our campaigns.
