Great app. IT wins the competition with number of useful options and design. Price of course.

We have used JUSTUNO for one campaign so far. The experience has been good. The layout turned out beautifully and it is nice to have such a wide variety of templates to chose from and then make them your own. Only downside so far, the handling is a bit complicated in order to modify the design of your pop-up box. I think this could be way easier. But other than that, great app!

It takes a while for you to setup, especially if you want to customise the pop-up. But the free plan is great and works perfectly fine.

Works great on Mobile & Desktop. I have set up multiple campaigns to target based on lead source (Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc) to offer specific promotions. I've also linked it with MailChimp emails to send a customized email as soon as a customer signs up. The Abandoned feature works great on a desktop, and on mobile I use a 'inactivity' feature to offer a 'wake up' promo. Overall, it has worked great. I used to rely on home page banners only, but many people don't land on the home page. this is definitely a much better system to use. Highly recommend it. Has helped grow e-mail list by about 15,000+ subscribers.

OK, the "bad" stuff first... 1. Whoever writes this app does not know the difference between "then" and "than". Pet peeve of mine, but doesn't affect the way the app functions. 2. Unless you wire a sensor to your customers' brains, there is NO WAY to fully capture mobile exit intent. Cannot be done. Sorry. Now, the Good stuff... 3. See #2 above - BUT, this app is the best at coming close. They can pop up an exit intent offer when mobile users hit the "back" button out of your site, and that's 100% better than nothing, and 99.9% better than any other app on the market!! 4. Along with #3, the ability to create different offers for Desktop, Tablet & Mobile is HUGE. I know a lot of apps say they automatically adjust, but that doesn't come close to having independent control over what is displayed on each platform. 5. EXCELLENT design interface!! You can, quite literally, create any kind of offer or message to your shoppers. Colors, styles, placement, unique coupon codes, background images... If you can think it up, you can create it in this app. 6. Responsive and relevant support. Some developers give you quick answers, some give you correct answers. These guys actually give you HELP in a timely and useful manner. 7. FREE for everything I need so far. When my store gets to the point where the free version won't keep up, I will GLADLY upgrade.
