The app is really easy to set up. I created a first pop up with some rules in less than 5 minutes. Plus the support is very helpful when I need help with some issues. So far, the free app does a great job!!!

Poptin has allowed us to generate new announcement bars, giveaway/contest pop-up promotion, and has helped us update our email newsletter pop-ups with more control than the previous tools we were using. The support staff has been great fixing any issues that we have had, and they have excellent turnaround time. Would definitely recommend.

I just had to request assistance to reload the app and Tomer logged in and performed the correction very quickly. This app is very easy to use and create the pop up ads. I just downloaded this app to help me create pop ups for my store. The creation process was very easy to navigate and allowed for much customization. I had an issue getting it onto my site but after contacting them they found and solved the issue very quickly. I highly recommend this app especially if you don't want to be locked into cookie cutter forms. Rob

I looked everywhere for a countdown timer popup. Poptin is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use although I made a few mistakes setting it up (my bad). Support was instant and amazing and my issue was fixed almost instantly. Seriously good app.

The popup came out the way we were looking for and with the right feel and placement. And the Poptin team are always helpful and ready to make it even better if you have suggestions.

3 stars because the free account only allows 1,000 views. Website visits count towards your 1,000 views weather the visitor sees a popup or not. So you can run through your 1,000 views in a single day and not have one single customer see a popup. It really makes this app pointless when the visitor doesn't see a popup but you are charged 1 of your 1000 views.

Very easy to setup and I really appreciate the quick response and assistance I received from support! And, it works really well at gathering email addresses and providing customers with a "click and copy" discount code.

Poptin has been great. I am just starting out capturing emails and I find great value in Poptin. There is a lot of room to customize the look of the pop ups too. Pay close attention to mobile view vs. desktop as you will need to edit the popups for both. Poptin makes it easy to edit both views and gives a lot of options to suit your needs.

User-friendly and great interface. I had been looking for an app that is easy to understand, will grant access to many features even for free and this app is exactly what I am looking for.
