The app is straightforward to navigate. Everything is customisable, so the pop-up fits right in with the theme of my website. The chat option is extremely helpful. I required some assistance to remove the logo watermark from a pop-up and the person I was put through to was very fast in responding and fixed my problem right away.

Seems like a nice app so far. great concept for my small business. it has a lot of nice features just for what i needed.

IT is a good basic program, It does what you can ask for a free program. Only issue I have found is that the link to chat doesnt work, but that could because it is Sunday.
