Really easy to use and setup, great tool to use to push out information to customers. Would have been better if certain button features do not immediately link to the chat function. Although, I must say that the response time from the online support team is very prompt and helpful.

The app does an excellent job at providing information to our web site visitors. I've been looking for an app like this for a long time and glad I found this one.

Easy to use, and straight to the point. Not like many other apps, pretend to be professional but nothing got done. The Pop Covert's customer service/online help always has prompt and professional service too, no matter during the week days or weekend. Appreciated!
