I like this app

I've been using the Pop Convert app to create pop-ups and banners for my Shopify store, but it's been a frustrating experience. The app doesn't send any email notifications, which is a major issue for running a business efficiently. I can't be expected to check daily if the emails are working—there should be a system in place to notify users of any issues, but instead, we're left in the dark. Customer support has been equally disappointing. When I reached out about the email problem, there was little to no help. As a business owner, I need reliable tools that work seamlessly, and unfortunately, this app has fallen short. Would not recommend. We're so sorry you experienced this. Our email functionality was temporarily disabled due to spammers using our app to send spam emails. We've since resolved the issue and put further safeguards in place to protect our systems.
