This app has changed the way my customers can have a good experience selecting services on my site. While it's easy to set up, if you're not tech-advanced you may run into some issues... It's easy to build any form. I'd love to use it agian. The free plan is enough for the starting of shopify.

I am just getting started with this app but so far customer service has been super helpful with some small tweaks I needed. This was the only app I could find that has image pickers which is a feature I was really looking for.
