i was recommended by a friend this app for checking out what went wrong with my shop. and i can really find out the reasons now, i like it. but one thing is quite confused its still a bit confusing steps to register but once you got there i think its quite simple. so making it more simplified would be much nicer.

Love this app. Takes all the guesswork out of how customers interact with your site. You get videos of exactly what each customer did on your site with just selections redacted. Very useful to understand customer behaviour. Sometimes the duration data and location of users seems to be out but it really is a very small price to pay. Would thoroughly recommend. Awesome app.

i found this best for free model thank you save monthly bills i paying for others app they was very very expensive

I can't believe this is free. Every activity is tracked perfectly, every click. Plus the best feature is that after every recording there is a tag which is really very convenient!

Wasted 5 minutes trying to see a session but nothing comes up. Checked the faq and there is no solution

Free and easy to use! Shows you exactly the location and time spent which is really useful. I already made some changes from the recordings.
