Rubbish software!!! It maliciously deducts money randomly. After applying for the fee, it has been refusing to process the refund on the grounds that Shopify has not processed it. It is not recommended to use this app! ! This is fraudulent review. This store was never charged. This review will be reported to Shopify.

I didn't even activate the plan, but was automatically charged $39 per month. This is a robber plugin!! You have been paying for this app since Dec 17, 2023. If you need a refund reach out to us via live chat.

They changed the interface and now you have to accept the paid plan to be able to installed it. Even if it is written FREE at the shopify store. After they say you can change on the app. But you are still obbliged to agree on the paid plan otherwise you cannot access the platform. Be aware if you are installing it. For me it is just an scammy act and they call it marketing. I hope this commentary changes something because I don't think it is a good approuch to customers. This app does exactly what it promises to do! Although some features are limited, it's awesome that Peek offers free plan for starter to test it out. Live chat is also responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this app for all new/small businesses.
