I was delighted to use this application to improve the look and feel of my shop to make it look more professional and improve its functionality.

This app is a godsend. This tool can answer questions about how your customers shop and highlights where you can see with your own eyes what you may need to change and confirm what is working well. Super easy to install and use. I contacted support once and received a quick response. Thanks for a great app!

*Update 10.4.2019 App is down for maintanance* Pretty happy with it currently, sometimes it cuts small parts from the customer behavior but for a free app is gold!

I used this app and it's really easy to install, easy to use and really useful to know how my customers interact with my website and see what's wrong ! Thank you !

This app is very useful and it allows me to keep track of how my customers are taking on my website

it's good, but it doesn't show the checkout page while the customer is finishing the purchase So we can't know why the customer left the products

Update: The app has stopped working correctly unfortunately. Has lots of promise but no longer records sessions. Sent a support ticket and never heard back. Seems great so far, can't beat free! Easy installation and recordings are great quality. Will update review with further thoughts

It quit working all together for no reason. Before I liked the app, it didn't follow only 1 out of 30 visitors, which I found weird. But, I did find one of my issues with following that 1 person.

i like it a lot it gives you the type of info you never thought you needed i havent used it for a long time though

I've only used it once but so far it is so cool! It's great to see what people pause at to make better ad campaigns.

This is absolutely phenomenal! I was highly skeptical that something like this exist until I opened up my landing page on my phone and did a quick session and closed the window... I refreshed the dashboard on Better RePlay and there it was! EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED <3 I'm so glad I caught this app early on before they start charging for it!

Seems it is working pretty well. I will update my review after 6-7 day of using this app. Thanks for making this app.

Most excited I've been about an app since I've had shopify. highly recommended and of course they were generous enough to offer it at no charge. Most useful app, period.
